The line in there are usually short and the store is well stocked. I like the fact that it's open later so I can run in and get things I need after work.

The staff are phenomena, the best staff ever, the store has changed a lot from the years that I've been coming and supporting this family Dollars store good. The store looks clean now the shelves looking more full of our everyday items that we need to use in our homes or on our personal. And not to mention they sell clothes shoes household items for at your everyday, low low prices. Good job family Dollar. If you're in the Madison heights area , need to go to a dollar store don't hesitate or don't think twice this family Dollar store on Campbell road on 12 Mile and Madison heights this is the place to be. if I was you, I would come to take advantage of the everyday low low prices and the one thing that I like the most the friendly smiling faces!!!!

Everything you'd expect out of a Family Dollar. Large selection of goods, often just kinda strewn about but that doesn't really bother me too much. Shelves can be empty but often you'll find the items are just not yet stocked and are on the ground somewhere. It's not dirty but the general disorganized layout can be a bit off putting. The staff there are really stellar though and they make this an establishment worth going to. It's really just a generic Family Dollar with good staff.

This store is great. The newer manager has made it amazing and it's come a long way. It is warm and friendly when your here. They have no problem helping in any way possible. I will always come back here.

I've been shopping at this store for years and the other employees are terrific, but please get a new manager. The new male manager (middle aged, bald head) has forced me to drive to another location. My first interaction with him, there was some battery contest going on in the store, I saw him really quickly scan a pack of batteries on my order, when I asked him about it, he denied it. Sure enough, on my receipt there was a pack of batteries, no doubt that he scanned to try and make his sales quota. If he rings you out, you better check your receipt for extra items that you never purchased. The other employees are literally the sweetest people ever and both times, I hear the new manager berating his employees right in front of me and other customers. Super unprofessional and super tacky.

Went in to buy 2 small throw rugs I found what I wanted the shelf tags said $10.50 each so I went to the register when she rang them up they rang up for $14.00 each when I told her about it the girl wanted to argue about it so I asked for the manager she said she was it so at that point I knew I was fighting a loosing battle and just paid for them and went on my way. I'll just take my money elsewhere.

Great store just wish they would carry more lysol spray and wipes and clean the store up a little more there were boxes on the floor had to step around them

Staff does NOT wear PPE I've been there 3 times in last 2 days and watched them stock shelves without any face masks or glove. State should shut them down
