I've been shopping at Value Center Marketplace for many years. But I've always shopped at their Waterford Store. Thanksgiving was just around the corner, and I saw some really good sales on line. To my surprise, I saw these sales only applied to their store in Madison Hts. Up until this point, I was not aware that VC markets rotated their sales from one store to another. So, if you see a sale on something you want. Make sure that item is on sale at the store you want to visit. Or end up like me, traveling from one side of town to the other side just to save a few bucks. This time it worked out for me, 'cause I needed to make that trip cross town anyway. On a happy note, I gave that store five stars. Reason being. I was just as pleased with the service at the Madison Hts. store; as much as the store I shop at in Waterford.

Kroger was insane so I opted to come here. They’re a little pricier but the produce is fresher, and there are little to no lines. The staff is super nice and I have never had someone offer to help me load my groceries in my car before! That caught me off guard but it was such a nice gesture. That alone will keep me coming back. I wish I could shout out the young gentlemen who asked but I didn’t catch his name. Thank you. Made my day!!!

You can save money if you shop carefully at this store. Watch for the "loss leaders" which can be bargain priced. I paid $2 for Cheerios that were $5 at Hollywood. Just be aware that the business model includes selling many items that are close to or past the "best by" date. The customer service is usually responsive partly because management is draconian with the employees. The deli workers will give you exactly what you want in terms of quantity and style of slicing, but some deli products are past their prime and it's difficult to assess their freshness from behind the counter. Easy in and out from the parking lot.

My favorite grocery store. Well stocked, good selection, great baking aisle, and still believe in customer service. The cashiers are friendly and they have separate cashier and baggers which makes the experience so nice!

The store isn't usually too busy and I like to check out the special buys not advertised. You just need to pay attention to the expiration dates. Great bakery and deli.

This store is always well stocked. I cannot stand that they sell expired items. I didn’t realize that was even legal. And their produce is ridiculously priced. A package of asparagus was $7 even though the sale sign said $4.99. Kroger sells a package of asparagus for $3. Absolutely ridiculous.

I took my sister shopping here, which they had alot of things in the store, but the store was cold and she was in a scooter was having a hard time going into some idles because they weren't wide enough. The worst area is where the cashiers are. My sister had a hard going into the area and hit boxes of wines, almost broken them. The workers were nice enough to assist her and helped her putting the groceries in the cart. Thank you

Best marketplace around my city and across the street.. The staff is very friendly and orderly and always is there to help you out. They never act like you're putting them out of their way. They're hard workers and the stores clean and the prices. You can't beat them, compare them to Kroger or Meijer. This is the only grocery store I really like going to other than a couple specialty items at a couple places.

We got some bananas, juice, coffee and feta cheese. Just ran in for those few items and prices are competitive. Store was not very crowded at all and we went right to cashier with no wait at all. We also used the coin star machine to get gift cards for loose change. Everything was quick and convenient. Overall very good.

USED to walk out feeling like I'd robbed the place! Prices up now, not the GREAT DEALS I used to find! Still a NICE CLEAN FRIENDLY STORE with good deals on some items. Still a favorite grocery store.
