This was a great place to get my car work done. They gave me a ride to my house so I could work while they were doing the repair then texted me when my car was ready. It was awesome. My brakes, alignment and tires were done perfect and everyone at this place were awesome. Totally recommend them to all. Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Tires

My car starting sputtering and dying and I was right around the corner from Elsesser's in Perry. They put it right up on the rack within 5 minutes of me walking in the door. They gave me an estimate within 20 minutes. They had all the parts in stock and fixed it for me before the day was through. Even offered me a loaner to drive. I was happy with the service and the guys are always so knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone that needs car repairs. They rock!!! Spot on alignments! Always a clean shop. Tire balancing is always perfect, they take care to not scratch my wheels. Always honest and saves me money. Went in for a 4 wheel alignment and was only charged for a 2 wheel because the rear was in spec and didn’t require adjustment! First time that has ever happened! I have been a customer of Elsesser's for many years. I have always been pleased with the service I receive from them. I own two older vehicles and they do a great job helping me keep them on the road. The thing I appreciate the most is the fact that they are upfront and honest about what work needs done but if there are unforeseen issues, they explain the issue and the best, most economical way to resolve it. There is never an attempt to sell you more work than what actually needs done. I have recommended Elsesser's to many of my friends and am happy to say they have taken my advise and become customers as well. I think they did fine work, but be prepared to clean your door handle after they are done. I paid ahead and picked up after hours. Other wise I would have refused payment.

Massively satisfied with Elsesser's. My RAM was having some pretty serious issues. Issues that could have been extremely expensive. Fortunately, the fix was quick and easy and I had my truck back the same day. The cost was extremely reasonable and I really appreciated the honesty I received. Car troubles can be a very scary, intimidating event and finding a mechanic or shop you trust is difficult. When I called to set up an appointment I was greeted professionally which is hard to come by now a days. They were able to get me in very fast. When I showed up for my appointment I was once again greeted with kindness and felt welcome. My vehicle was done on time and I wasn't ever pressured to do any extra work as other places do.
