I wish I could give the 0 stars. I just received a time sensitive letter that was sent on August 24th. That is almost a month after it was sent. There is no excuse and no reason for that. Now thanks to your late delivery I have lost services for my family.. The United States Postal Service of Redford should be ashamed of themselves

They will mark your package "delivery attempted mailbox full" just because they dont feel like bringing it. Customer service is rude and will brush you off and hang up. I constantly get my neighbor's mail and mail from the block behind me. Once they handed mail to some kids on my porch. They werent even my kids. They were friends from down the street sitting there waiting for my kids to come outside. This place is ridiculous and completely unprofessional.

Make appointment for passports specifically stating photos were needed. A large banner in the waiting room said "Photos also available". Got to the window, informed we had made appointments for photo services... The clerk then said they haven't done photo services in over three years, and someone was supposed to "call" to inform me they don't. Terrible waste of time.

A zero star...... VERY LAZY EMPLOYEES. This is my 5th visit to this postal office. I definitely won't visit again I n None of the employees wants to work. Expected to spend at least 45mins to a hour in line only to be greeted with a nasty attitude. Also very poor leadership (she worst than the employees) when you ask her questions it's always a nasty response.

Never opens on time and always has a line out the door while they have one person working the counter. Avoid at all cost if possible and find a different post office. I have no idea how they are still operating.

I booked An appointment and got started at my appointment on time.. Staff was welcoming and made feel appreciated and not like I was bothering them Ms.Niecy answered all of my questions and we even exchanged some nice conversations I handled my business and that’s what I came for. Be patient with people that are servicing you .. the world is understaffed

Maybe they're just stressed and overworked, but the clerk that helped- or, rather; serviced (I would not call him "helping") me at the service counter was very... demeaning. I have anxiety and was trying my utmost to be kind, explained that I was confused (which was also making my anxiety flare) and he just wasn't very hospitable. I didn't imagine that he was rude- some people are just very businesslike and I can respect that- until he laughed in my face when I asked him where I could find/buy some tape to seal a package. At other locations, tape is readily provided and there is no $3.99 charge for it. Petty to bring up, and I'm sure it's just his job; but I am, clearly, a tad fed up. I can understand that it can be frustrating to deal with people who are confused- trust me, I also work in customer service- but because it can be frustrating is no reason to be so cold, especially if the other party is in no way being malicious about it. I usually go to a different USPS location and the people there are also very overworked, but always kind to me when I present my kindness as well. This clerk in question also provided no greeting whatsoever, and spoke loudly "next customer," after I had said my "thank you" and was collecting my purse and receipt to leave. In the future, I will be looking to avoid this location. Or, at least, if there is a need to go here; not rely on the employees (or, this employee specifically) who are supposed to be there to help.

My mail is always delayed or not delivered at all when our regular mail carrier is on vacation or off work. It's so upsetting when you are waiting on an important delivery that falls around the same time as mail carrier vacation. i know it will show up next week once she returns.

Excessively slow drop-off service. You'll have to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for the clerk at the front window to finish his conversation before he starts fulfilling his job requirements. Additionally, they won't give you a receipt for drop-offs! He told me the post office doesn't do that anymore, but all of the post offices around where I live still offer a receipt.

It's such a loveley and peaceful place that one would think it's in heaven. The staff is very kind and polite and they are taking their time to serve you. After 30 min of waiting with four persons ahead of me, nothing was changed. They might have been taking their lunch or something, because no one would be at any window. From time to time an employee would come and move some shipping supplies on the shelf - also in slow motion. What's the rush for?
