These folks are AMAZING! I bought a ball python at 10 and Gratiot and he wasn't doing good. He was infested with mites and dehydrated withing a week of getting him, These lovely folks gave me awesome advise, Which I went right home and did and he was almost immediately better and acting like I knew they should.

My go-to incense and crystal shop! I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews about the employees. I've had such pleasant experiences with them. They're all super friendly and I love that there's always available for help or if I have any questions about anything.

They have a really nice crystal selection but the workers will rush you and won’t give you time to look at anything. They always have an attitude when your looking and it’s why I don’t shop here anymore. The only time I’ll buy anything is when the dude with a beard is working the crystal area. He’s actually really helpful and friendly

I went there a couple of months ago to purchase a jumping spider. The slings looked way to tiny to even begin to sell. You almost couldn't even see them in their enclosures. The employees that helped me was not helpful at all. Didn't seem to know much about them. It died within 12 hours of bringing it home. I took a picture of it with a macro lens after it had passed and it looked like it had never eaten. It's abdomen was sunk in. All of the pets they had were kept in a dark corner next to burning incense and other things. The environment was not a happy one for any of them. I felt so bad for all of them. Also the vibe of the place was just not a positive one. Didn't seem like a happy cheery place at all. I for one will not be returning.

Its pretty cruel to keep a parrot in such a tiny cage that it can barely move. Yet you have 2 mice in such a large one… The poor bird was literally sitting in there cramped, pulling its own feathers out… No wonder the bird is “grumpy and bites”. Is this some sort of punishment because the bird angered you?? I was traditionally a fan of the store but this is definitely mistreatment on your part. Move that poor bird into a the correct cage and I’ll change the review to a better one.

I feel bad for the animals kept here. I saw a full grown pastel python trapped in a small 10-15 gal tank shoved in a corner. They pile animals on top of each other and don’t seem to properly care for them. The energy is very uncomfortable and it’s not a nice spiritual environment, despite all of the spiritual gifts sold here. If you’re looking for a nice metaphysical store, check out earth lore in plymouth. Much better vibes & worth the drive to avoid this place. The responses from the owner on here are catty and petty. I can’t imagine being a business owner and having so much sass towards paying customers. Makes sense with how many employees i’ve seen being rude as hell to newer employees.

Cool head shop and more. An Eastside OG. Smoking supplies, reptiles and cages, metaphysical supplies, body jewelry, clothing, memorabilia ect. Just gotta come check it out to fully understand. Some items can be pricey in today's age of Amazon shopping but overall a good experience. My fav is the crystal section. Kudos to the people keeping it going all these years later.

I know these are energy rings but I had literally bought them not even three hours prior to them breaking & was given no refund & no swap. Poor customer service not the first time I’ve had product problems as well. Low quality. Nice place to browse, don’t buy.

They had rabbits in really upsetting conditions :( flemish giants in little pens and crates, sitting in their own waste and obviously stressed out. Half a dozen tortoises packed in a wooden pen. Every employee in there wore their mask under their nose. Was super excited to spend dollars here but I won't be back.
