Picked up our new Expedition last week and we love it! As usual, the experience was excellent. Ted Miller never disappoints! We have been buying/leasing vehicles from Ted for the last 10 years. It's the small details that is appreciated working with Ted and he treats you like family. I would definitely recommend Briarwood Ford and TED MILLER.

Great experience with Briarwood Ford, and especially our sales person, Ted Miller. We had been looking for a nice used (low mileage) car for our daughter for past couple months and once we met Ted, we were sold. He made sure to make us feel comfortable and knew how important it was to us, to have a good reliable vehicle for our daughter. He made sure on the vehicle safety check, that all was good before we pulled off the lot. Even installed new brakes prior to us purchasing. Will be going back here and talking to Ted when I go to purchase my next F-150.

Went to Briarwood Ford when my 09 Fusion started having problems. Needed a new car. Looked around to multiple dealerships. Got the usual people bugging me every day. Walked the lot at Briarwood looking at Hybrid Fusions one day and got lucky to have Ted Miller come outside to help me. The best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Ted is super knowledgeable about the Hybrid's in particular. We decided to go with Briarwood Ford and the Ford Fusion based on Ted's customer service. While waiting for the car to be ready, we had some issues with our other Ford Flex. Ted went out of his way to assist our family with a quick safety check before we drove to our cabin on Memorial Day weekend. We will forever come back to Briarwood and will always have good things to say about Ted based on our experience. If you need a car, go here. Ask for Ted and you won't be sorry!

Briarwood Ford is my number one choice when choosing a car dealership. From the moment I started car shopping I was provide excellent customer services. The salesman was professional during the ordering process for my new Bronco! The financial manager was knowledgeable and courteous - no pressure to buy additional warranties etc. The entire process was seamless! The Service Team was just as courteous and scheduling a service was easy. They were prompt in providing the services for my vehicle as well as picking up my vehicle. Overall a very friendly staff at Briarwood Ford! I highly recommend them!!

My advisor, Ken, was so pleasant and welcoming. He confirmed my appointment details and led me to the lounge. I had known in advance that what I was having done would take 2-3 hours, so I came prepared. What I was NOT prepared for was the lovely lounge! So very warm and comfortable and the work cubicles were just what I needed! I took a seat in the most comfortable office chair I have ever sat in and set up my laptop and went to work. Time flew and I really hated to leave!! The technicians did a wonderful job on my vehicle and I have nothing but praise for the whole experience! Thank you to everyone at Briarwood Ford and I look forward to my next visit. Now if I could just find that chair for my home office!

We had a fantastic experience with Emily Buckel at Briarwood Ford. With the current state of the market, my shopping experience was very testing to say the least. I must have called 20 dealers trying to find something that I wanted. Nothing was ever available. Everything was overpriced. After about a month of looking and needing a car, we reached out to Emily at Briarwood. She had a few Bronco Sports available. She met us right away and took time out of her already busy day. She was very helpful, answered all our questions and was even able to work out a pretty good deal in this tough market. Once we made the deal, she also took the time to show us all the features of the vehicle we hadn’t seen before. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a Ford coming to see Emily. We will definitely do business with her again!

My family needed a new vehicle and everyone knows the car buying process can be difficult at times. This is especially true when you have two little ones with you. Fortunately, Ted Miller was able to meet my families needs and was very accommodating throughout the entirety of the transaction. The vehicle i purchased needed a few replacement (cosmetic) parts and Ted even delivered them to my home. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Briarwood Ford, just ask for Ted!

Scheduled for brake check and oil change 9am on Thursday and they called at 4pm Thursday to say they had not started. Told technician ran into problem on another job, and needed to know if they could keep overnight. Service called at 11am the next day to say the oil change was done and told me the rear brakes needed to be replaced and front brakes needed lubrication. Quote was $800. Told service I was going to get another quote, and they said ok they would get the tires back on and call me. An hour and a half later I called them (took 4 tries to reach someone) and the service agent told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I said are you sure, and she said oh yes. I left my house forty five minutes later and it was not ready. I waited another half hour at the dealership. I have never had this kind of service at a Ford Dealership. They used to pride themselves on their efficient service. Briarwood Ford did not provide that.

Just over a week ago I went to Briarwood Ford to look at getting a new car. As it was time to trade in my 2010 Honda Crv and it was worth it as I got a 2018 f-150 super cab. I have to give a special thanks to Ted Miller for welcoming me and my wife and made feel like family the whole time we where there.
