Says they open at 8AM and there opening staff didn’t walk in until 8 store still not open at 8:15. The staff are rude and not friendly. Always have to look for an employee to ring my items up or assist at the front counter. This cvs close to home but I hate it!

Mainly reviewing the pharmacy as I switched to this one after a few years of other, non CVS stores. Very good pharmacy. Pretty quick to fill and the pharmacists and staff are very knowledgeable when I have questions. I would say the only issue I had was with one prescription; it needed a pre-authorization but they never sent word back to my doctor so my doctor didn't know. That is being straightened out now but that notifying the doctor there is a problem with the prescription should be an automatic; I would have given 5 stars if not for that. As far as the rest of the store goes, staff seem OK. I mean, it's a typical CVS otherwise.

They tea on sale 4 for $2 lesser amount .99 each there were 5 on the shelf I bought 4 The whole sale the shelf was never refilled all week, this happens all the time there is seems no one is ever working there, the only people in store is cashier and pharmacist and forget about buying liquor no one ever there. Now I remember why I quit shopping there bye CVS . Used to be a good place to shop.

Absolutely LOVE the pharmacy staff. Always friendly always have smiles and always willing to help. The pharmacists sees me pretty often, always asks how my kids are and always takes the time out to have a conversation with me and always answers any questions i have about new medications.

Some short, young, shoulder length blonde haired woman who works at this CVS snuck up on me and my husband, and said to us "You're not allowed to shop here and use your own bag!" We were shocked and didn't know how to respond because this a-hle snuck up on us and she insisted she go get us a cart and we felt like she was accusing us of shop lifting!? Something we've never done. By the time she brought that cart by us I was so mad because of how awful she treated us. Whenever dealing with a Narcissist it's a normal reaction for you to respond in anger towards the Narcissist and tell her "Here!! You can have it all!!"...as I threw the *Excessively overpriced CVS products* ......into that cart, but I missed.. (she was determined to prove we were shoplifters. As I said we never did what she's accusing us of) ... and told her some unpleasant words which wasn't the B word, or C word. It doesn't matter what I said. It's how she treated us that matters...We were potential paying customers who help her to earn a paycheck ..but none of that mattered to her, and neither did having respect towards us/her customers. We didn't deserve to be treated like that! Since then we always avoid this CVS on Hoover. You should too. The way they run their pharmacy is just awful too. It takes an hour for Rx's to be filled?! This is for any customer who provides a means to a paycheck for them, your time is insignificant.

Front cashier's are rude, pharmacy people are nice & now they have a bee infestation outside their building where they're doing inside under the sign on the brick wall & the top right corner of the second area to your right when you walk outside of the doors. Soon those things will sting someone outside or inside and they'll have a bad problem to deal with. I know the cashier's know about it cause they go outside to smoke all of the time. I'm deadly allergic to 🐝

Very friendly pharmacy staff. I personally like the perks at Kroger with fuel points but my wife insists on this location of CVS for the staff.

PROS : decent selection of beauty products, controlled drugs available at thr pharmacy, large car park, foods and toiletries available. CONS: below average customer service, pharmacy is very slow, old and dirty looking store, poor store layout, no WiFi, and I've seen lots of people steal from this place.
