Horrible pharmacy, the pharmacist air is very rude they always say your prescriptions are going to be ready but then say there was a mistake and then it’s delayed and then they’re reviewing your prescription so their prescriptions to late even more it’s never ready on time long wait times on the phone. And I just have to mention again how the one pharmacist is very rude. If I could give this store zero stars I would

We needed an antiviral med (for Covid) for our 89 yr old father so script was called in here because they are one of the few places nearby that carries it! I tried for OVER 2 hours to call there & no one ever picked up the phone in the pharmacy! Finally I drove up there only to find that they didn’t carry the lower dose which was the one ordered! Nobody had the decency to call anyone about this, let alone pick up a ringing phone! The next morning the nurse practitioner tried to call there after we told her what had happened & surprise - no one answered the phone! My brother told her not to waste any more of her time so she called new script into a place by his house in Imlay City! My brother then drove the med down to Warren & delivered it to our dad (who lives just a half of a block from the Walgreens on 13 mile rd in Warren)! Talk about a waste of someone’s time! I would NEVER recommend this pharmacy to anyone after this terrible experience!! They showed absolutely NO concern at all for their customers!!

The pharmacy staff are lazy and uncooperative at all My order lasted for more than 20 minutes and in the end it tells me the product is not available These facilities need flexible people but what I've seen is the opposite👎

Go to any other Walgreens or pharmacy than this. Extremely poor customer service. I pick up prescriptions for my mother and they always have a partial order ready. I always have to make TWO trips to this location the same day!!

Set up an appointment to get my second vaccination. Appointment was at 10:45. I showed up 15 minutes early as suggested and there was a big line at the pharmacy (not a big deal) so I got in line. There were two older women who walked in at 11 and complaining that they both had an appointment at 11 and it was ridiculous they had to wait in line with the rest of us. I was there for over an hour just to have these old cranks somehow cut in front of not only myself but also another customer that was patiently waiting behind me in place of getting vaccinated. Completely disregarded the appointments and poorly managed. I will never spend another dime at a Walgreens. Ever. Also, if anyone was wondering, Rite-Aid takes walk-ins for vaccinations, was much more professional and there was hardly a line.

Attempted to use the drive through on a Tuesday night at 8pm. Waited behind a vehicle for over 20 minutes. I had to leave as the transaction was taking too long. Drive through should be for quick stuff only. Insurance issues, prescription not filled yet anything over 10 minutes, the customer should be asked to pull to the side and wait.

There is a fed ex hub here back at the photo counter, I had an express package needing to be overnight aired to a lab, after hearing nothing from the lab 2 weeks later I contacted them (I never even got a receipt with a tracking number) the lab was able to track it and confirmed my suspicions, it never even got sent out… label created and never made it out of the store. My complaint is how can the employees not see a package there in their system or physically see it around the counter area or wherever they store packages for delivery? Very incompetent at the least.

This Walgreens at 13 and Hoover is the Best. My whole family received there Covid Shot from Mohammad and his Assistant Nicole. My father loved going there for his prescription and also for the deals. Mohammad and Nicole have known my family for over 15 years. My kids our Grown and know they go there. This is the only DrugstoreMy family and I go to. First Class Service all the way around. I recommend this store and Pharmacy to anyone. And as for as waiting in line , I rather wait in line for good service than go someone and not be happy. Simply the Best! Maria

The five star is for LaToya! She was fast and helping customers at drive through pharmacy as well as at the counter. She was kind, informative, knowledgeable and cared about her customers! I haven’t seen this level of customer service in a long time! She even found a mistake another employee made on a label (prescription) (they were very busy), and assisted the employee in a kind and efficient way without making him look bad! I’ve worked in customer service for years. She encouraged me to be a better employee and server. Thank you, LaToya! I hope you are appreciated and valued at your job!
