Pharmacy staff is great, especially Kamil and Mary. I had a difficult situation getting the medication my brother needs desperately. The pharmacist (Kamil) worked very hard for me and was able to get it. He is very patient and understanding and went out of his way to help me. He deserves 10 stars!! And Mary has been very patient with me. She has always been pleasant and helpful. I hope they never leave!!

The worst Pharmacy ever they keep complaining about the system if you have a problem with medicine they say is the system a problem I don’t know if they go to college really they understand what they doing who is controlling who system or them

This place is honestly a joke! My mom and I came here tonight 1/28/22 and spent about $40 and when we were leaving we saw a box of masks with a sign saying “3 free masks for each member in your household” and I was thinking to myself wow that’s so nice of rite aid! We took the appropriate number of masks according to our household and as soon as we were gonna leave the cashier (male with black hair) yells “hey!!!! you guys can only take 4 masks each” in the rudest way possible. I responded but the sign says 3 FREE FOR EACH MEMBER IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD and he was basically so mad about it shaking his head and said “okay take them then” in the worst attitude possible. Embarrassed us in front of the whole store just because we followed the directions given by them! We come to this rite aid every week because we live close but honestly will start driving the extra mile to go to Walgreens because this place is a big joke!

What in the world is up with their covid testing??? Took my test on monday and still have not heard anything and its wed night! After waiting on hold for 45 min I hung up! Dont Go there for Covid Testing.

My Rite aid in Caro Mi transferred my prescriptions to the Rite Aid store # 02509 in Warren Mi, when I went to refill my prescriptions The pharmacist was very rude and and didn’t greet me in the rite matter and told me I’m not going to refill your prescriptions told me I can only refill one of my medication when I had total of two medications to refill , they called Caro Rite Aid and told them we can not process the medication you must give us call ahead of time, then they refilled my medication, she was giving the people she knows The medication with no problem and with me she had a problem I am very dissatisfied with this Rite Aid on 14 and Ryan very rude customer service Will make sure to tell my friends and family never to come to this Rite Aid ..

I've came to this Rite Aid a couple days ago and asked if they could give me the price for one of the items and the black girl had the worst attitude about doing it. But then yesterday I went there and I explained to one of the new cashiers about what happened. She was very nice, understanding and because of her I will continue going to this rite aid hoping to see her again.

Hate this rite Aid. The older lady at the pharmacy always talks to me like I'm stupid or something and they always screw up my prescriptions. They were a week late on getting my birth control in (thankfully I'm not having sex) but it messed up my hormones really bad. They're extremely incompetent at the pharmacy here, from now on I'll take the extra drive to the one on 12 and dequindre because at least they act like professionals at the pharmacy over there.

The beverage cooler is ALWAYS EMPTY! And I mean always, the manager is cool but it is noticeable that the employees run the show and love to bring their scummy drama to the work place... @riteaid needs to bring professional development to their stores.

I had surgery yesterday. Today I sent my girlfriend to this Rite Aid to fill my prescription for pain meds. Pharmacist claimed he could not read the paperwork, he would not call the hospital, and now refuses to fill the prescription at all. Now I have to try to find another pharmacy or go back to the hospital. Seems "do no harm" doesn't apply here. Either that or they assume everyone who needs pain meds is a junkie.
