It's a newly renovated building, and the isle's are packed with pet food and supplies. However, the isle's are too narrow, the employees are too busy to really help any of your concerns. Cute Halloween costumes though. Now I'm giving you two stars. I was in there on 10-17-22 and I asked a female about 21 years old if P.S.P. had any training vests and she laughed at me. I asked her what was so funny? She quickly went down the isle with no explanation of what she thought was so funny, I'm still perplexed. Think I'll be going to PetSmart from now on.

Very nice and clean. The reptile enclosures are the best I've ever seen at a pet store. The employee who cares for seems to genuinely care that they are taken care of properly.

I went specifically to have my guinea pig's nails clipped. They took me right away (walk in), the groomer was personable, and got the work done very quickly.

Great staff super helpful and informative. My 10 week old puppy had a accident in store and they wouldn't let me even help clean it up. And even after they had to mop it up they were still loving my fur baby and helping us to the best of there knowledge and we're super nice the whole time. Great staff there on 9/15/2022 approx. 630pm. (Last part for manager to praise employees) everyone on the clock was awesome people.

After an awful experience at Petco where we couldn't get anyone to help us for almost 45 minutes my daughter and I left and cam to Pet Supplies Plus and it was great! We were greeted when we walked in, there were plenty of helpful associates, they gave thoughtful advice, and the prices were competitive. This is my new pet place.

The staff is ALWAYS helpful, no matter what they are doing, they will stop and give assistance. Also the Grooming department is phenomenal, Oksana and Danielle take great care of my 4 legged girls, Coco and Sheba.

I went in Saturday 8/27 at 3:15 and they were having a celebration a happy birthday for August month for dogs and they had a wheel that you get to spin and I won the jackpot I was able to choose the basket of toys and goodies for my dog or a full package of grooming and I picked a grooming for my 130 pound dog they did a wonderful job on my dog thank you I will for sure be back with my dog for grooming

I have been going to this store for a long time. I have to say when I went in yesterday it was such a nice experience. I went in to get some kitty food and kitty litter. I didn’t need help and I had my granddaughter with me. She wanted to look at all the animals and we had a nice knowledgeable experience with a young man working there that has several snakes and reptiles he was great! Very patient and he showed us many snakes and a hamster. Then we went to get what we came there for and had another nice friendly chat with a woman that owns many cats. To make a long story short I have Never had a bad experience and I think they have a great staff there now! I had went into another pet store the other day off Cooley fairly new can’t remember the name and when my husband and I walked in ( we were the Only people in the store ) the two young women behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge us and it wasn’t like they were busy ! We were the only ones besides the two employees that I seen in the store. This pet store is new and we wanted to check it out (-although I felt a bit disloyal to my Pet supplies plus ) The pet store was different a lot different then pet supplies plus a lot more pricier. Had they acknowledged us or said a quick hello I would of bought what I needed but jeez no hello and no goodbye. So goodbye to that closer to my house but needing to find friendlier employees pet store! I will remain loyal to the knowledgeable friendly wonderful staff at PET SUPPLIES PLUS IN WATERFORD !!
