Tyler Green and his entire team at Szott Toyota did an OUTSTANDING job putting my Tacoma back together. They didn't just repair it, they got it back to me in brand NEW condition! Exceptional work!! He is SUPER knowledgeable and HIGHLY skilled, and he provides AMAZING customer service. He made every effort to explain things to me, offer me reassurance and ease my mind. Kathryn is amazing!! if you're in the market for a new to you car, i highly suggest going to see her! she was able to get me approved and into a beautiful 2013 in the matters of hours! she made sure it was something it was something affordable and reliable. this is my first time buying a car from a dealership and she made it so easy and stress free! Took our car in for body work around the beginning of Dec 2021. We got the car back near mid July 2022. We understand that there were back orders on car parts so we’re not complaining about the timeline but I do have to complain about the scratches on the back seats and the fact that they didn’t get all the glass shards in the car out. Edit: After this review they did their best to resolve the issue. The chairs are what they are at this point but everything else I had questions about they took the time to listen and fix what they could. I understand I could get hidden shards pop out from little cracks and I appreciate that Tyler said to just give him a call to get it vacuumed up for me.

After speaking with the owner I am extremely happy, as well as the back office staff who make everything possible. Communication is key, especially when flying in to pick up a vehicle. I had asked for certain documents prior to flying out and made the assumption everything would be honored upon arrival. At first they were not but they made it right even if it took a bit of time it was worth it because I love the truck. They are a dealer who sells at MSRP in this market which is rare, and their dealer fee is low. I would give them a chance if you're in the area, or if looking for a specific model or color check out their inventory.

Had a wonderful experience here today. My husband and I have been searching for another vehicle that would fit our budget. Our salesman, Tyree, was awesome! There was no pushiness at all like some places have. Tyree was patient and answered all of our questions. We looked at multiple cars before deciding on the one. The finance manager was very awesome as well and got us a great rate for the vehicle we chose. Was such a breath of fresh air to go in and actually browse without feeling like we had to hurry up and make a decision right away. The environment here is great and everyone was super friendly. I would 100% recommend purchasing a vehicle here.

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Gordie was the salesman that I bought my new ride from. He gave me a great deal for my trade in, and on my new vehicle as well. Gordie was very helpful on all the questions I had about the vehicle that I eventually decided on getting. James from the finance department was also very helpful in getting me a great interest rate for a first time buyer. He also got me a great warranty for my new vehicle as well. James was very honest about the warranty details and that helped me ease my concerns about whether to get a warranty or not. If you're looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend this dealership as your first and only place you need to go to.

We had an amazing experience buying a used car at Szott Toyota. Craig was the salesperson who helped us. He was very friendly and personable, and not pushy at all. He worked hard to get all of our questions answered, and he was very patient with us while we took the time to make sure that what we were getting was the best car for our needs. James in the finance department was also very helpful. He worked hard to get us the best interest rate and a great deal on a warranty. He was very straightforward and honest, answered all of our questions and explained the entire process to our satisfaction. This was our first time financing a car, so we came into the process feeling pretty apprehensive, but James quickly put all of our concerns at ease. At the end of the day, we drove off in a new (to us) car that was everything we wanted, and thanks to Craig and James, we felt reassured that we had gotten a great deal on a great car. What can I say… Just another 5 star review for Szott M-59 Toyota. What a great car buying experience! Dennis was fantastic to work with. He was very quick in responding to questions and helpful in every way. He represented the vehicle perfectly - no hidden issues and a good price. Upon pickup up the vehicle, we noticed a small issue with a door. I worked with the service manager, Brian. He was great! He didn’t just fix the issue, he completely replaced the component at no change to me. I was even given a brand new 2022 loaner vehicle while the works was being done. This has truly been a great experience working with Dennis and Brian at Szott M-59 Toyota! I highly recommend purchasing your next car from them.

Hi everyone, I was recently in the market for a bigger vehicle and I wasn’t sure where to start. I knew I wanted something good for travel, lots of space and I was even picky and wanted a sunroof.
