This story is from years ago, but after being reminded and talking about it I have to share with everyone thinking about these units. We rented with acme for just about a year. Had finances set up with auto pay. Out of sheer luck one day I was looking at the statements and had noticed payment wasn't pulling like usual. Had my husband call and the woman he spoke to said "oh yeah, we haven't revieved payment in 3 months. We have an auction this weekend, and your unit was up". This wasn't an issue for lack of funds. They had simply had an error on their end, instead of reaching out to re issue auto pay they had just decided we stopped? There is an eviction process to storage units that was also never followed. We never received any sort of notification from them and had only noticed when they weren't pulling anymore. I assume they had an error on the tech side and never followed through with fixing it. I hope it wasn't just shady business practices, we had this full of hunting and fishing gear at the time. Whole thing was just fishy, wanted to share for those currently using these units or thinking abiut it. Just watch your statements if you're on auto pay

Awesome storage facility. Great location, easy in and easy out. Very close to home, which makes it extremely convenient for those, "where is the____ at, oh, I bet it's in the storage unit......" times. Lol. Very affordable rates. Staff is very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
