its good i like it but there 3 things thats bad 👎 there's no bathrooms 🛁 and.. 1 more thing there's only a couple workers and they barley have line to purchase.

Store was clean but all I could hear the whole time I was shopping (and checking out) was the cashier talking to customers about her personal stuff; i.e. child support, don't play house until you're ready to be a house, and how she's closing the store at 12p because she's not staying there until 5p when the next employee comes in and asking if she looks crazy. And to top it off, she was on the phone with whomever was picking her up from work, using bad language, as I stood at the check out waiting on her to finish her conversation.

I went there and could not get a cart without paying a quarter... Needless to say I had to carry everything in a hand held basket...I spend $30 to $40 every time I go. I won’t be back. Not cool at a dollar store and cashier was rude.

Do not go to this place if you have young children! My 8 yr old needed to use the restroom. I was told both bathrooms were broke and my son was not allowed to use them. The man was very rude!! There's a Dollar Tree by Kmart on rawsonville road I will be going to that I've never had any problems. I will never come back to this one!

Seriously disturbed by the evening manager felishias performance tonight. I had an e commerce order to pick up. I called this morning and said I would be coming in today. Assumed that was the manager since he knew what the order was before I even told him. Showed up tonight. Felisha popped in office for 60 seconds and then said not there I know nothing. She told me if it was in " the mess" if unopened deliveries she would never find it. I offered to look myself and said I can understand that your busy and there is a huge mess Her word not mine. Told her as a customer she was telling me she didn't want to make the effort. She said you're hearing that and I don't have time to tell you why. She continued to refuse, telling at me. Her employee says she is just strident but it was noticeable that she stopped when I added her to stop yelling at me. She then started saying good night over me anytime I tried to talk. I get it she's busy nobody communicated anything. But wow. !! Not manager behavior. As my 11 year old said why is she the manager mom? Lol Postive note I have to call out a very polite kind respectful young man Will. He tried hard to support her and be polite to me. He even came out to the parking lot to give us a bag we left behind.

The aisles are always packed with extra stock. Complete ADA violation. The checkout lines are always excessively long, and when a back up cashier does finally open a lane, they usually only cash out two or three customers before closing down again. Point blank, this place and its management is a hot mess.

Staff are rude. The store is a mess. Took an item out of my hand put it back on the shelf but wouldn't tell me why. Finally they show it rings up as one cent and refuse to sell it to me. Probably because they are going to keep it. Take the trip to washtenaw.
