Has everything you need in a convenient location. Nice community feel! I’ve never found this gym to be too busy during the time I would usually go (mornings). Kelli cares about her clients, listens, and works hard at keeping things up. Recommend.

One can tell that she is loving her job and is highly motivated. Extensive remodeling as been done with fantastic improvements inside and outside. Kelli is a very hands on owner and can be seen constantly hustling around programing members and greeting her established clientele. Something is always new and improved! Extremely clean and user friendly! I've been a member since 1991

Nice staff, good equipment. Staff were really nice, did an assessment test there. They also helped us with equipment, what they're food, and helped us set up our workout schedules.

Machines are great. I've never been able to use the suntan booth as it's either busy or broken. Wish they had classes other than yoga at 5pm, 2 days a week. People with family (aka Me) and an early work day have a harder time making that time.
