How is it so hard to get a cheeseburger without ketchup onions or pickles. I’m making your lives easier but nooo you guys insist on putting everything on my burger. You guys need a PLAIN button, or more competent employees.

Burgers are either really good or really bad. Comes down to the buns. Sometimes they are fresh and wonderful, and then they are old and stale. Then employees argue with you when they screw up orders...

This establishment is the worst. I sat in line for 20 minutes without any communication and when I drove around the building I saw everybody sitting on their phones in the windows there was eight cars in line. On top of that every time I’ve gone they always get orders wrong they need a new crew and new management ASAP

This place consistently does not have their lobby open for dining in. Allowing people to enter your establishment is the bare minimum. The drive-thru should be the thing that is closed if they cannot accommodate. They have posted open lobby hours, but they still lock the door with no sign explaining why. Wendy's food does not travel well. I used to enjoy visiting this branch, but until I can eat my food when it's still hot, I will not be back.

I have never been a fan of Wendy's burgers. They just don't taste that good to me. But they still have the best shake - the frosty.

I just spent $10 on a meal and asked if I could get change for a twenty. The supervisor very rudely told me that they DON'T do that, and didn't care if I made a purchase. It's a shame when a business you've frequented for more than a decade won't help with such a simple request. They weren't very busy at the time, so I'm not sure what her problem was. Love this location. The staff is typically very friendly except the one male manager potentially the GM.. he's pretty rude. The food seems to always be fresh compared to Apple Valley which is week old bread n burgers from the night before nuked to a crisp.

Sometimes it is possible to get a good deal on two chicken sandwiches... And most other times, it is overpriced. Employees never seem very happy; but given all the instructional signs for customers, I can only imagine the level of micro-management inside. Also, a cheeseburger has cheese. A hamburger does not. This, in fact, is the difference. Thank you.
