Love Lush!! I'm the type of person who loves all kinds of scents. The lady who helped me out read the ingredients to me. That's helpful! The first jar had rose listed l told her I'm allergic to rose. She said that we'll stay away from rose. I bought a product called Sleepy Body Lotion. The ingredients were lavender, tonka oil, Ylang Ylang and more. I used it that night. I never got up during the night. My friend asked me if I needed more Karma soap. Of course I did! He was joking around with the lady that helped me out. I love Lush! If l worked there my entire paycheck would be going right back into Lush. I'll be returning all the time! A BIG thank you to the lady who helped me!!!!

My favorite lush store in the area! Went today for Boxing Day sale. I’m a regular at this location and have been for years. As a VIP we were let into the store two minutes early to shop around. I love this extra touch because it makes us lushies feel appreciated. Many customers in line though we’re not happy with us. Some customers started yelling at us and the employees when we were let in. The customers yelling made me very uncomfortable but the staff handled it amazing. They made me feel like they had my back.

I went for the boxing day sale which I understand is a very busy and chaotic day and waited with the other customers in line. Nikki came out and yelled at all of us waiting that they're grossly understaffed and that human decency is more important than a deal on a bath bomb. I agree with her message, but her tone was very stern like she was reprimanding children and made me feel very uncomfortable and frankly, embarrassed for her for acting that way in front of everyone. There's a right and a wrong way to address an issue like this and nikki absolutely picked the wrong way. Don't yell at your customers for something they haven't even done yet. I sincerely hope Nikki is not the manager of this store because she is unprofessional and clearly bad under pressure. Logan was very helpful and kind and I appreciated them being a positive presence in the store to contrast nikki.

I came in searching for “the PERFECT perfume,” and the incredibly sweet, friendly, and knowledgable Josh helped me achieve this goal 100%— ALL based on the scent of my favorite bubble bar!!! It was like magic!! Without josh’s help I would have had great difficulty navigating the perfume section, especially with all the new amazing choices (mine is one of them!!). As a lifelong customer service rep myself, I can spot (and deeply appreciate) excellent service the moment I see it, and Josh was TRULY exceptional. It was amazing to relate to an employee who shares my passion for all that Lush has to offer, and who REALLY knows his stuff. He turned my entire day around and made today a stellar experience.
