I was in the store on 7/23/22. It was a Saturday, and the store was moderately busy. I needed something specially-prepared for me at the bakery (they usually sell it off the shelf, but they didn’t have what I needed on the shelf. So, rather than just saying “Tough luck. Sorry,” Suzie and Joanie went out of their way to put it together for me on the spot. I really appreciated their willingness to get me what I needed, and service-oriented attitudes. Thanks!

I showed up at the wrong Target to pick up my no-contact order. By the time I realized my mistake and arrived at the correct location, the merchandise was out of the queue and put aside. When I told the young delivery person my problem, he actually RAN into the store to locate my order as fast as possible. I had my order within a couple of minutes. I was impressed!

Used to love this Target and now I'm going elsewhere. For the love of good things, you need to not only hire more cashiers but decent ones that don't take an ungodly amount of time scanning and chit chatting with customers. There were 2 open lanes at 11:30 and all the waiting customers had full carts. PAINFUL. On top of that, this CVS location is also severely understaffed and wait times can be also VERY PAINFUL.

Loved this target so much, but due to an employee and her cousin (who I have never even met in person) I cannot walk into this store without being harassed for “showing my face there”. The staff is clicky and entitled. 0/10 would not reccomened going if you want to feel safe. Now I have to find a different store to shop at.

We had such a wonderful experience working with the customer service team. Specifically Zoie and Maddie. We had to return all of our baby registry items after a stillbirth and they made the process as easy as they could despite the many hurdles that came their way. My husband and I can’t thank them and the team enough for your above and beyond service during a tough time.

I love going to this Target 🎯! I've been going to this one for probably most my life. This one is especially excellent, because the people that work here seem to be the best of the best. I've never had a bad experience here at Target in Minnetonka. Even on days were I go in and the parking lot is full of cars I seem to always get everything I need for the most part. I can't get in and out as fast as I want no matter how busy it is. Everyone here is very helpful every time I go in. I don't live anywhere near this location anymore. I do have family that live close and every time I visit them I try to make a stop in at this location. You guys are the best keep doing what you do! Customers like us we always all to you!

Love this Target. Well really any Target is awesome but this one is really big and has lots of variety of products. The store is well organized and well kept. The grocery side is an Interesting design, kind of dark for my liking but still a nice store
