I would give this store a five star rating, but I’m not impressed with the customer service/staff. I’ve been going and shopping more recently due to my growing girl and each time I go, it feels more and more less welcoming. No eye contact with customers, a sense of annoyance when it time to check out, no “hello!” when entering the store… I’ve thanked multiple times and have even tried a bit of small talk to break the sense of tension but no response or the bat of an eye. I’ve worked in customer service since 2008 and was a former employee with OUAC Minnetonka when it was under a different owner and we were all “trained” differently, to show great customer service skills, smile and make the store feel welcoming. This has all definitely changed with OUAC Minnetonka and I know it’sunder new ownership, but still! Come in ladies! Put some smiles on those faces!

Love browsing through OUAC aisles. I always find some great items for my children. The store is well organized. They offer occasional promos and sales which is nice. I also think it's great that they buy gently used items and offer cash/check on the spot. 😷 FYI: Due to COVID-19, they are no longer accepting items in plastic bags. Only clean items in boxes, paper bags, etc. This location is definitely worth a stop! 🤗

I have shopped there with my mom for my siblings and my sister for her two little ones. all the clothes are great quality for cheap. they have never been disappointed. my mom has been shopping there since her first of five was born. my sister spent 600$ for new clothes on her two sons for christmas and they are the cutest clothes:) all the workers here are super nice. this is the only store my sister will shop at. they are super easy to work with and are super friendly. we have never had a bad encounter with a worker. the clothing is always in amazing condition. the store is always clean and the clothes are too!

This is definitely my favorite Once Upon A Child location. The staff is always quick to assist if you need anything. They are easy to get along with and are always bubbly and ready to work!! I'm not sure what they use in their store to make it smell so great, but I love it. I can imagine it must be hard to keep a used kids store smelling fresh otherwise. Would 10/10 recommend this location, and this location only to anyone who needs a place to sell and shop for children's clothing.

Edit* with the quick response of the owner I raised the score and just wanted to clarify the smells funny is just referring to the amount of products they have in the store. It doesn't smell dirty or foul. Seems every used clothing store you go to shares the same smell. So nothing negative. 👍 Definitely some great deals!

I thought the BYOB sale meant that if you didn't use one of the plastic 'Once Upon A Child' bags from behind the counter you could get 40% off. I asked the cashier about this and didn't correct me that you literally needed to bring your own reusable bag. So I paid and did not get the discount. I asked how to get the discount. I kid you not...they told me I had to haul all three of my kids out to my van get a reusable bag put my purchase in it. Return it all and rebuy it and put it back in the reusable bag...then they could get me my 40% discount. You. Have. To. Be. Kidding g. Me. I returned everything and left. Will not patronize a store that has zero understanding or sympathy for moms.

Best used kids store ever!! Employees were super friendly & helpful! So much inventory for all ages & all seasons! I went in looking for snow pants & new winter clothes for my daughter & spent way more than intended! I will always drive out of my way to come here ☺️☺️

Great selection and awesome staff. My wife sent me on an impossible mission that I was sure I would fail no matter what I did. I was looking for a pink jumper dress for my daughter. She wanted to dress up as Sally from The Cat in The Hat. I didn't know where to start. One of the ladies showed me where the right dresses were and helped me put the outfit together. My daughter loved the dress and shirt!!! They made me look like a hero!!! Great location.
