Wife had a stroke April 22 trying to get her back as far as I can. Some problems with her meds let her try to resolve on her own but every time talks to pharmist very rude to her brings her to tears.

Worst customer service ever! Went for a prescription and was told it would be 2 days before the pharmacist could mix it up even though they had all the ingredients available.

Made an appointment at 3:15pm for a few vaccines. I show up at the window at about 3:10 - a few minutes ahead of my appointment time. They didn't have my vaccines ready yet, I guess, so they directed me to sit on the bench next to the pharmacy. At 3:35, I decide to get back into line, because 2 other people asked for flu shots since i sat there and they were administered immediately. When i got to the counter, one of the pharmacists apologized and said, "i'm sorry, we didnj't know you were over there." This is a peculiar response as her staff instructed me to sit there. The pharmacist was very nice about administering the shots (which is why there is 2 stars instead of 1), but still rude other people just walked up and got a shot immediately when I made an appointment, showed up a few minutes early to be polite, and then i was forgotten about. I even filled out all the paperwork and insurance information online, to try to make it easy and seamless for them.
