My mom came to get blood work done, the woman was extremely rude, she is asking elderly people to wipe their feet as they walk in the door, she rudely asked if I was getting bloodwork I was sitting with my mom I said no she told me to go outside. I like it better when William is here this lady must hate her job to be such a witch to people. You do not mistreat elderly 80% of our community is elderly! It’s 8:30am nobody needs to act that way this early.

I called this morning because I am having difficulty getting results from my covid test that I took at Walgreens 4 days ago. The lady that answered the phone at the Dunnellon location was rude from the moment she answered the phone. She wouldn't even stop to listen to my question fully before she rudely dismissed me. Walgreens referred me to their office for results and she told me that I needed to go to Walgreens. I only wanted to verify that the lab had received my sample from Walgreens and asked her to refer me to who could assist me. She just rudely and condescendingly told me to go back to Walgreens. This person obviously has no interest in helping people and lacks basic customer service skills to deal with the public. She should be fired. I will never do testing through Labcorp or Walgreens again. They obviously don't take the spread of Covid seriously if it is this difficult to get a simple test result. Many people would not go to the effort I have to try and get their results and would just go back to work or mingling with the public again due to the incompetency of Walgreens and Labcorp to provide timely test results.

This is the first time I have ever been to this location, and I was the only person in the entry. The receptionist was the rudest, most argumentive person I have ever met. I am older and my thought process takes a little while to catch up to when someone is speaking to me. I told her I was there to do a blood draw, she said I needed to use a machine in the corner to sign in. Ok, well in my 62 years on this planet, I have never had to use a machine to sign in anywhere, and I was a little confused about what she meant, when I said this to her, she came around out of her reception area in a huff and demanded my ID. She then pushed all the button I guess I was supposed to push, and then asked if I was fasting. Again, my slow brain said No. Nobody had told me I should be. She then said the test would not be accurate. I told her that I hadn't eaten anything that morning yet, oh, so you ARE fasting. Ok. Then asked me if I drank anything, yes, I had half a can of soda on my 16 mile drive into your office. So your not fasting. I was not informed I was not to eat anything prior to taking a blood draw. My dodctor didnt say anything, maybe her fault, but it certainly wasn't mine. Then she wanted my insurance, so I gave her my card with that information on it. She then said something about me being uncooperative. WHAT? At no point did I deny her the opportunity to do her job in a professional and respectful manner. I told her her attidude is very unprofessional, had my blood drawn and was out of there. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE FOR ANYTHING.

Scheduled an appointment for blood work, gave all my insurance info online before arrival. Upon arrival it was almost 20 minutes to check in, self check in, on a computer, 1 computer, 3 ppl in line to use. After checking in, am called to desk where my credit card and signature of allowance to charge me up to $150 were requested. "Um, I have Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance." Am like,"No." "Your insurance is out of network," I'm told after sitting there for almost 30 minutes. I left, drove to Quest, was a walk-in, was in and out in 15 minutes with no appointment. Labcorp lost my business for life, as they could of notified you of claimed 'out of network' when scheduling appointment, being all my insurance info was given then.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. I did not have a long wait. I was taken in before my appointment. Everything was clean and neat. The blood draw was easy and painless. I will definitely recommend. .

Rude receptionist. -- I walked out after 5 minutes. I walked in to get some lab work done. when i walked in, i stood in line for the receptionist, i was second in line. once i was first, the receptionist looked at me and said i'd have to check in on the machine in the corner. didn't give me a chance to state anything, just barked out the order. i replied "i don't have an appointme..." and was cut off, again with "you need to go check in on the machine in the corner". i walked over to this machine, which has a tray for you to put your ID on to scan. the machine wouldn't scan it. it asked me 3 times "are you still there"... so it must be functional, right? after a couple of minutes messing with it, a guy standing near me said he had the same problem. i look back to the receptionist, and tell her it's not working. She barks out again "i'll be there in a minute!" as she starts to walk out from behind the counter. i say out loud "there's no need to be rude" to which TWO people in the waiting room shook their head in agreement with. one of them even said directly to me "she's been rude to everyone". The receptionist lady walks out to assist, and starts saying "i'm not being rude, as i said earlier...." that was enough for me. i responded with "now you're arguing with me? Have a good day" and i walked out. initially, i would have thought it was me having a bad day (admittedly i was) but when i get confirmation from two strangers about her demeanor, i was done. I guess she forgot or doesn't care that there are competitors that will gladly do her job if she doesn't want to. The sad part is, i drove past a competitor to go to LabCorp, so on the way back home, guess where i stopped? I don't know the name of the rude receptionist, and i don't particularly care. if the management is any good, they'll see this and figure out what they need to do about it. I can say i was there 9/8/20 around 10:30am. It worked out for me though in the end. i went to the competitor, and got out within 15 minutes, and shared some good laughs with them, as they weren't rude.

Terribly rude and condescending lady. My last 2 trips were more stressful than I needed and I will NEVER return to the Dunnellon location until I don't see her working there anymore. There's enough reviews about rudeness for this location that you would think corporate would have done something. I even reported it on their website how nasty and hateful she was. They wrote back and basically said 'apologies, never happen again and next visit will be different, and to contact them again if I had further questions'. So I wrote back and asked just HOW my visit would be different and they never answered. But 2 trips there in a row ended up the same, with her being nasty and hateful, and with my PTSD being triggered.

The lady who drew both of my children’s blood was very quick and pleasant. There were 4 other people ahead of us and we were there not even five minutes in waiting room and 2 minutes in back very clean facility and the lady was very nice!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! After fasting for 12 hours I went to labcorp in Dunnellon and gave them all the info. When it was time to give blood I informed the phlebotomist that I NEED a butterfly needle to draw blood. He informs me “we are out of them”. He goes on to say that everyone asks for them and now he is out. I asked when will you have them restocked. He replied “in a few weeks”. He said he only gets so many boxes until labcorp sends more. Anyway, I’ve already fasted , I’m here , lets do it anyway. He proceeds to stick my right arm , NO BLOOD, then he does my left vein and gets one tube of blood and then starts second tube of blood but nothing is happening. He says “there’s not enough blood in the first tube anyway” and tosses first tube away. Tells me I’m not beating you up anymore (I wasn’t about to let him) and that was it! A total waste of time. Fasted for 12 hours, gas to get there and back and nothing, nada was done! I blame labcorp for not supplying this office with more butterfly needles. He even said he has to use regular needles on children because everyone is asking for butterfly. Well, some of us need the butterfly needles. And......if everyone is asking for them THEN SEND MORE BOXES OF THE BUTTERFLY NEEDLES . I will try this again in a few days but will be going to QUEST DIAGNOSTICS. Thanks labcorp for my two sore arms and no bloodwork done. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
