Please use this AT&T store and make it a point to ask for Jeanne. I was on the first leg to a three city road trip when my iPhone 11+ SIM card went bad. Jeanne was incredibly helpful, kind and patient, and merits the five star rating! Thanks Jeanne.

I would give this 0 if possible. Had a 2pm appmt scheduled today 4/3/22. The lady working never greeted us, my family sat for five minutes before hearing anything from her. We basically just needed our old Verizon #s ported to our new AT&T iPhones. She didn’t even offer us to sit down when she finally said something to us. Instead she stood over the top of us stressing out and told us we are better off returning the iPhones and canceling with AT&T and then shoved us out the door. Even after explaining to her how inconvenient and frustrating this whole transition from Verizon to AT&T has been, she didn’t take one second to think of how stressful this has been on us. Wouldn’t you think an employee of AT&T would do anything they could to get new business? I don’t care how much more Verizon is, at least there they would actually help answer your questions. AT&T is an absolute joke.

Today, my mom and I went into the store to make a few changes to our phone plan and upgrade my phone. We needed to cancel my sisters phone because she passed away a few months ago. My mom was very hesitant to do this because it was important to her that she was able to keep my sister phone and everything on it. Once arriving to the store, we were helped by Andrea, who turned out to be absolutely amazing. Not only was she able to help us make all the necessary changes to our account and upgrade our phones, she was incredibly kind, empathetic and personable. She was so understanding towards my mom who had a really hard time presenting the death certificate and. Explaining why we needed to cancel my sisters phone line. I hope Andrea knows what an impact her kindness made on my mom. She went above and beyond today, and is an amazing asset to this location and the company. She even provided us with her contact information, should we have any questions or concerns, we know we’ll be helped by someone who truly cares.
