I'm an old lady (78)....completely "techno challenged"....and do not live my entire life on my cell phone. (imagine that, LOL) However, I am completely aware that civilization is rapidly trending into the transhuman era and as long as I'm still alive, and want to talk on a phone...I am forced to "upgrade" . I came to your store to "upgrade." The techno gods were kind to me because BUBBA was behind the counter! Old ladies like myself appreciate it when the younger generation treats us with respect, dignity, and the same kindness you want. BUBBA is that guy! He handled my "upgrade" with the professional courtesy, speed, and accuracy I deserve. I've been a customer of TMobile for 10 years and nobody stays with a service provider that long unless the service is TOP NOTCH. Thank you for hiring the "BUBBAS".....to make my "techy" nightmares go away whenever I need that "upgrade." Tell BUBBA....I hope to see him in another 6 years (or less).

The guy greeted me right away, got my info then immediately helped me a minute after. He switched out the buttons on my new case and put my case on. Was friendly and fast, and helpful. Cool dude. I would recommend this store

I will never come back to this store and I am eager to switch to some other phone company. I could barely tolerate Sprint but this is an absolute joke. I delegated an employee so he could update his phone which was a waste of time as they wanted me to come into the store. After checking in on the phone I was told it would be 89 Minutes. I did a few other things in town and went to the store 1/2 hour early. Once there it took 35 minutes for some to ask if I was checked and I said did over the phone. I then got a message that my estimated time was 93 minutes so I waited. Finally a new gentleman asked me if I was helped and checked I was next up. Another 15 min. went by at which point 3 people including the manager left the store. I waited another 20 minutes and two of them came back in but went in the back room. I waited another 10 minutes and still nothing and I left the store. 45 minutes after leaving they called and said they were ready for me. I have my own business and the time it takes to get something done at this place is crazy and not suggested if your time has any value.

Worst employees ever, very rude. Jordan yelling at customers. Complaining at customers. Complaining about his job. Was worst employee I’ve delt with at any business. He should not be employed at any customer service job. Plus 4 hour wait they said ?? They had 5 employees and 11 people in line. That means 2 hours per customer?? Slowest business ever.
