Just trying to switch from $35 monthly unlimited talk/text/data w/ 2gigs of 4g speed to the $50/mo unlimited 4g data. Called Boost consumer care on the east coast, and rep was not able to make the change due to system errors, but stated she will call me back tomorrow. I work all day tomorrow, so that's kinda inconvenient. Called my local Boost store in St Cloud here and spoke to Justin. He was able to facilitate the change today using the funds I already have in my account in much less time than the east coast Boost rep. He also answered questions about the store; I've never been in yet. He was very helpful and got the job done. Thanks guys!
