The ambiance of the location is so welcoming, and the manager( Mr. Nima) is super fantastic, highly professional, and cool, making sure my challenges were well and all sorted, I was assigned to Ms. Kera she is such a pleasant, patient, and professional personnel, I wish all customers are directed to her, .lol.I opened an account successfully and stress-free, I'll recommend this location again and again!!!.. You guys rock.

They did not have a teller, I had to deposit cash and l couldn’t find my debit card. They told me the branch on university ave has one for sure. Traveled to other branch and no teller. Fortunately I have other bank accounts.

Refused to let me make a withdrawal without my debit card, which hadn't arrived in the mail yet. Apparently, my ID, SSN, phone verification, or letters from the bank weren't enough for them. The branch manager said, "There's nothing I can do", which is patently false as I went to another location and was able to complete my transaction without incident. Frustrated that they just shrugged like they were helpless and said, "Welp, I dunno!" What is a person supposed to do if they lose their debit card or it is stolen??

I was just late and the bank was literally closing on my nose. I asked for the manager.i have an important corporate wire to make, that was already late. With the utmost patience he Took care of me. Mr. Lindsey is an extraordinary corporate leader and citizen at Bank of America!!!

First i want to say that BOA has been exceptional until today, I deposit my check at the atm and they hold it for 7 days because it looks suspicious. Then what is the purpose of having a deposit check option. Very incompetent workers if they can't help out loyal customers.

I came into this bank one morning in my pajamas (I don’t care I work graveyards) just to cash a check usually who ever does this for me hurries me along and judges me by my appearance but this location!! I ended up walking out with a checking account, the employees there have amazing customer service, they are friendly, helpful, quick and make you feel very comfortable! I will from now on be coming to this location.

I just have to write this because of my experience this morning at this branch. I'll start by saying thatI have loved BofA for a long time but after moving to Minnesota, I was forced to switch to WF as they are just more accessible. Luckily my husband just accepted a position in CT so I was more than excited this morning to go open a new BofA acct. Sometimes when I walk into a bank I feel a bit overwhelmed on where to go, but I was immediately greeted me by Andrea. She was so welcoming that we ended up chatting for like 10 mins. She made me feel so comfortable even asking about my recent wedding. Made me feel like much more than just a customer. I truly felt valued. (Good job BofA she is the perfect kind of person to have on the front line). Then to just add more brownie points, the woman who helped me set up the checking account, Fadumo, was just as amazing. She was SUPER accommodating as I was doing a million things at once on my phone and wasn't phased or annoyed in the least. The level of customer service between those two is unheard of. I hope management acknowledges their value as they are the reason people become life time customers.
