Pharmacy is closed arbitrarily with no notice on website or phone tree, just a piece of paper inside the store. I've been without a prescription for 5 days now since I can't line my schedule up with theirs as it's seemingly changing on a day by day basis. On top of all of this, it took calling and requesting the prescription to be filled 3 times before they actually accepted it...They were also not open back up at 6. Pic related.

Short skinny Asian lady who is manager IS HORRIBLE. Came for an order pick up, she only gave us half of our items. When I brought it to her attention that we are missing half, instead of helping us solve the problem, she quickly said that’s not what her computer said and walked off. We didn’t get any help, have any of our questions answered, nothing. She claimed that that’s all the have left in the store and theres nothing else. Thank you to the tall guy for being so patient and showed us he cared. He came back with the rest of our order but she refused to honor it even though we HAVE OUR RECEIPT AS PROOF THAT WE ARE MISSING THOSE ITEMS. with This manager being disrespectful we will not be coming here again. We hope to get our money back!

Worst Customer Service!! The management Asian lady ignored me when I asked for help. I ended up feeling very uncomfortable to shop here and I come out.

Do not recommend coming here for the vaccine. They don’t have enough staff to have someone ready to give the vaccine. I ended up waiting 40 minutes + just to get the booster. Got to Walmart instead with them I was in and out in 20 minutes (including the 15 minute after wait period).

This is probably the worst Walgreens in the area. There’s 1 employee ever there to manage the line of 10 people, the pharmacy line is always extremely long. I’ll stand at the FedEx/photo counter for 10 minutes and nobody will even come over. I encourage you to go to the one on Larpenteur. I actually just walked out because nobody even came to the counter.

Of all the Walgreens locations I have ever visited for prescriptions, this one has been the best by far. The pharmacy staff has gone the extra mile for me, reaching out to my insurance when there was an issue, and the pharmacist always comes to the window to explain new medication procedures before sending out the meds. Staff is courteous and it is easy to know when your scripts are ready if you sign up for the app. Highly recommend!

Got my first covid vaccine today, and as I normally do with any shot, I fainted. I was in the chair outside of the the back room for vaccinations, and was instructed to spend 15 minutes at the store to make sure no side-effects were experienced. I felt myself fainting, and asked the lady next to me to notify the pharmacy that I was lightheaded. The lead/head pharmacist came up to me promptly to ask if I was alright, and I asked him for water. He hurried to grab a water, and checked back again a couple minutes later to make sure I was alright. I was pale and sweaty, but the episode began to pass, and I felt assured to have an attentive, caring staff on hand to care for me through this uncontrollable personal experience. Thank you to the pharmacy staff at this Walgreens location, and their customer-first mentality.

Got a text at 10:57a saying prescription is ready. Get here at 12:40p same day and they can’t find a simple cream that they could have taken off the shelf. I told them I was on my break and they didn’t care. I was there about 20 minutes. They don’t respect people’s time. No explanation as to why I was waiting. 3 different people were running around looking for my prescription. No organization whatsoever.

If I could give this location no stars I would they never have your prescriptions ready on time. Nor do they keep track of things that they do through their drive-thru. I dropped off a prescription four days ago. they have no clue where my prescriptions are they claim that their pharmacist never entered them into the system I have to wait now I have to wait for medications that I need to take this is the worst pharmacy ever Walgreens has always been a bad pharmacy they never have things done properly and all they do is say oh I'm sorry for the inconvenience.. this is somebody's life you're messing with it's not an inconvenience it's a matter of life or death...
