It was about the speed of service because they said 75 minutes so I figured I had enough time to get home cuz I was up at Walmart working I've done that my phone 20 minutes later and it's telling me it's on his way I had to run all the way home to get here and find out it was cold.

I HATE IT. Spent 26 dollars for a pizza that came very short on the topping ingredients. Furthemore, in the description wasn't saying anything about onions, and guess the only ingredient which came in a big amount: ONIONS. Not even close worth it. I hate it, never again I'll order from this place.

Very dissatisfied with our experience at this location. We had a pizza that was so doughy we couldn't even chance eating it. Had to throw the whole pizza away. At first I was just disappointed with the location. However, It's been 2 weeks trying to resolve matter with customer service and I have yet to talk to someone. I just keep getting automated emails saying they will look into it and someone from the location will contact me. 2 weeks later and nothing.

Do dine in , they have no plates, no inside garbage cans, we had to rip the top of our pizza box so we could have a plate for our family sz pasta it was sad. On a high food was good!!

I order from the SLP location often. I'm not too far. I ordered my pizza at 6:41pm. I was told that I would receive it approximately 61-71 minutes. At 8:16, I received a text that my food was on the way. I called at 8:45, and I was told that the driver had multiple orders. That's fine. I received my order at 8:52. EVERYTHING was COLD! I can't even say lukewarm. It was COLD. I was very disappointed! Waiting over 2 hours for cold pizza is crazy.

I was quoted 21-31 minutes for delivery. I placed my order at 10:12pm, delivery time said 10:40pm. I received a text that my pizza was on the way at 10:51pm. At 11:15pm, I called the store to inquire where my delivery was. I was told that it left the store late as they freshly made my order so it left when it came out of the oven. My order was delivered at 11:21pm. When the delivery driver gave me my order, I thought it was wrong because it was not in the big dinner box and there were more pizzas. The delivery driver said that they ran out of the big dinner boxes and so they used used other ones. Upon opening the boxes of pizza, the two that should have been the big dinner deal, were just normal pizzas, not with the crust that the big dinner boxes come with. My order was lukewarm, on the border of being cold. The boneless wings were cold and some were hard. No one even took the time to call to say the order was going to take longer or that they were out of a certain kind of pizza. Very disappointing, especially when I spent $60.

Delivery showed up early... good... but had me go to meet him in the lobby. I get dressed, masked up, shoes on , walk down the hall to find him actually coming in. Pizza was not cooked!!! There was NO extra cheese (which I was charged extra) and pizza was inedible!!!

This place is just awesome. From the cool retro decor, to the nice and friendly employees to the really good tasting food. When I walked in for my to-go order it took me like a minute to make up my mind, and just 15-20 minutes to get my food. I liked how not only how they took their time for my order, but how freshly made it was. I ordered a pepperoni personal pan-style pizza with some breadsticks and a brownie with my order. Now this size pizza is a perfect way to become acquainted with their pizza again. Of course my favorite part of the pizza, when I got home was definitely the crust, since it had a certain crispiness to it. I will be back and maybe next time I'll do not only do dine-in, but get another small pizza when I do stop in.

Love ordering pizza from this location. They never disappoint. Always makes it fast and fresh and I always order big. My orders always consist of 4-12 pizza orders. So imagine how that can be overwhelming for one order alone and they still do well. Today I ordered online for carryout for 6 pizzas and it said it'll be ready for pickup in 15 minutes, but I usually like to give them an extra 10-15 minutes just in case there are other orders they most likely will be getting as well. This is the only location for Pizza Hut that I noticed does a good job. Even their delivery drivers do well. I'm hoping they continue to do well in the future.
