Scott has a great gym with all of the equipment you need! It always feels like family when you’re here. Also, check out the boxing and kickboxing classes offered here! One of the best gyms around.

I've worked out here and enjoyed the atmosphere. The owner is extremely nice! I'm hoping to join kickboxing, I was in boxing last and I enjoyed that very much but looking for a change.

I have been a member of the gym for 2 years. The gym is like an old school gym. Scott the owner is cool. It is clean and very affordable. The equipment is great. Highly recommend this gym.

Excellent variety of equipment!! It is not brand new but i don't think that matters, this is not a chain gym, but the owner will greet you by name. Support local businesses. ☺
