Very expensive since the 23 months I was in there last. I thought it could have been longer but looked at my last receipt. I'm not very happy about it. Especially when I want to go to a Samsung phone down to a brand unheard of that's a cheap phone and they want $160 for the upgrade. If it was another Samsung I might be ok with that but not for what I had and what I was going down to. It isnt acceptable. The other people I spoke to and showed online were several and all of them agreed with me as well.

Our experience here was great! The manager Melissa was so knowledgeable, kind, personable, and professional. She was the only one there and there were many customers in the store so we had to wait a while, but it was worth the wait to work with her and (by the time it was our turn) her coworker Xavier. It had a family business feel with how personable they were. Transferring our service from another provider went pretty quick and smoothly. Now we have better service too. I’d recommend the switch for anyone who’s considering it.

The best shopping experience I ever had with a phone company. Felicia and Melissa were professionnal, concise, compassionate and friendly. Metro PCS should use their skills to train new hire on how to establish lasting business relationship with customers. I hope the corporate can takey my review seriously bcz they are a real asset to the business.

Sorry, forgot the lady that helped us, but she was very nice. There was a sale on a phone online, but many metro stores didnt have it on site. When I called this place, they offered to get it for me as long as I put in a deposit. I gladly did and the service has been great.

Store did not open, totally sucks!! Was there on a Saturday at 10:50a.m. Hours on the door list opening at 11. That's late enough opening but they didn't open. Left at 11:15 with zero signs of an employee inside or out. Will NEVER do business with metro.

Melissa extremely patient helping me with my first smart phone. She worked over time, was very cheerful, helpful and went beyond what I would expect out of ANY representative. I wish there were more reps that put customers first like Melissa did.

I'd like to start by saying this company has been by far superior to other companies for pricing and costumer service. I want to give several shout outs and share 1 negative experience. The staff is usually very helpful.... this particular store I was given misinformation on my bill by an inexperienced staff member, understandable it was her first week. No big deal however, when I went into the store today to ask for an explanation of this charge I had on my bill I was told, "Oh I bet it was the pro-rate" I said, "Can you explain what a prorate is? I specifically asked if this was the final price until next month and I was told yes. (previous visit there) He said it was a rate for the added lines and provided no further explanation. I asked him to elaborate and he failed to explain anything besides the fact the I simply was going to have to pay it if I wanted service. So I asked if the others I spoke with were going to be there later in the day... followed with, "I'm the only one here all day" I asked if he was the only one who worked all week ... followed again smugly, " I'm the only one here tomorrow too and I'm the manager." Avoid the manager of this store for questions you have about your bill... the other staff was friendly and actually went out of their way to conduct good business. Sorry I didn't get names.
