Stopped by to get a remake of an order that was totally messed up about two weeks prior (which I was told via telephone that my name would be written down) and I felt like I was being interrogated!! I even proceeded to look for the receipt from two weeks prior to prove to the manager on duty that I didn't have a reason to lie about a damn meal that they ruined!! I almost told her to keep the garbage!!

Bathroom needed fix. Wasn't stalked up at all, food came out fast.

Staff was super friendly and joked around with us about the new strawberry frosty which is delicious. Food was wonderful and fresh.

I stopped into this store today for the very first time to grab a bite to eat via the drive thru. It’s 4:30 p.m and The girl in the window taking orders was very rude and seemed bothered that I asked for a moment to look at the menu. I understand that no one wants to work today because you should be with your family but the customer did nothing to you. I’m on my way the North Carolina to bury my father and I hadn’t had Wendy’s in a bout a year. I wanted to enjoy a meal in a new state at one of my favorite restaurants. I’m very disappointed in this interaction and I suggest you go down the street to KFC where the ladies are very polite.

The evening/closing shift has been pretty lousy over the past few months. I am always told they are out of certain things or not serving certain items. Last visit they were closed at 7:45pm. I don't experience these issues during lunch hours.

Clean and friendly service. The cute & very pregnant server behind the counter was friendly and fast with the order. Then she went out and cleaned the dining room. After traveling across the past 2 days and eating at dirty or poorly staffed fast food joints, this was a welcome change. We were impressed. Thanks!
