Greetings upon arrival. Clean store and well stocked. Very friendly. The staff take time to help get items you can't reach. I love shopping at Dollar General near Meadowbrook and North side Drive.

I have to start shopping here more often. They have a better selection of ice cream than some of the competitors. And this Dollar General has a strong selection of everything.

I like DG but the customer service was terrible,,,the beer for $1 buck stays empty and it's never any extra too be put out!!!!Manager was stocking up the freezer and didn't wanna come assist her co- worker on the register,,,if your in management you have too learn to be versatile at what you do!!!! Terrible Management this day!!!@

The store is fairly decent. There were a few items in the category I was shopping (health care products and first aid) that are essential items but were out of stock. I went in to purchase bandages for an injury and the shelves were sparsely stocked. The cashier was efficient but not very courteous. I said hello and asked how the cashier was and the cashier did not respond. I spoke very clearly.

Very clean store, but the staff never can find the keys for the phone cabinet or can't stop to give you any assistance even in the simplest form really large urban areas have a good and many ways of common people but fail in the simplest ways to express.

I had a problem with a coupon not showing up at the register although it was in the app. However, manager Cici was amazing and very accommodating and corrected the issue! Great customer service!

On 01/01/2019, Vee which is a young lady that has braids and tattoos was very rude. Her facial expression and customer service was if she didn’t want to be bothered. I asked her a simple question twice in a nice way and I was ignored. But a customer helped me so I was pleased. It’s sad that we as customers have to go through the rudeness of managers in position over a simple question. So now I know it’s best to not ask for help.

Need security so stockers can clear inventory out of isle without having to stop work and follow people around store. They always have items, but not as organized as it could be. Staff pleasant enough, probably tired, can't fake great customer service.

My wife car got broken into right at the front and when the police arrived we told that it only covers the entrance to the store. Outside of that the service at the counter was soo slow and horrible. I advise anyone to extra careful when going there. People in the parking lot lurking etc.
