I would like to express just how frustrated my husband and I are with the service we have received over the past year or so. We both feel like we have had to chase down phone calls for updates and initiate progress. Karen had said she could not get through to the IRS, but we have had no issues and haven't heard from anyone else having said issue. We finally got an update from the IRS without hearing from Karen or Karen asking if we had finally gotten a return. We felt thrown aside and like bare minimum work was done to make us go away. We would have to call multiple times over several weeks to even hear back from her. The receptionist was rude and short. When we would finally get Karen on the phone she would often talk over us. It was very frustrating. We had an issue with 2018, 2019, and 2020 taxes we came to have fixed. Our 2019 and 2020 tax returns were rejected due to Karen misspelling our names. I understand that mistakes happen. I do not understand how that can happen when 2018, Karen filled out our names correctly. We now have to refile again and will be going to someone else. We are very saddened to have received such sub-standard service when she had come highly recommended. Unless we initiate contact nothing was done. When you are paying someone for help I would expect to actually get it and not play a game of chase.

Had my taxes done 2 years ago and she was really good. This year she has moved and I had to keep calling her to get directions and she was really curtious and helpful.
