The guys at JK's Auto Repair were fantastic. Very fast at getting your vehicle back to you. Got my AC fixed, transmission oil drained and filled for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be going back.

Disappointed. Nice clean facility, no other customers waiting when I dropped off. Unfortunately, they kept my car 5 days for what I thought should be a one day wheel bearing and shock maintenance without any call advising me. Zero communication that I did not initiate. Highly recommended! I called on a Monday and needed my car towed to a shop. They were the First to say bring it on in today and we will get started on it tomorrow rather than 2 weeks out like other places. They were very professional and friendly. One of the mechanics even took the time while they were waiting on something else to look at my car and fixed it same day! That to me was great service. Instead of saying "Naw it'll sit till tomorrow", they took the time they had and used it wisely to help a person out! Thank you, I will be back for sure!

As I plan on keeping my vehicle I was happy to get the repairs done one it to keep it up and in good running condition, which you've always helped me to do! Your the best, wouldn't take our vehicles any place else! This review is for an experience I had with the shop while helping a family member. I am giving this shop a 1 star rating because their service writer is extremely disorganized, the service took much longer than it should, and the shop tries to do additional work that isn't necessary at all. I took a car in for a family member who works longer hours than me. We needed the lower intake gasket manifold seal replaced and I told the shop this over the phone. I dropped the car off the night before for convenience. On the following day when the work was supposed to be done I received a call just before they closed. I was told that they had confirmed it was the lower intake leaking and no work was done. Long story short a job rated for 5-6 flag hours took 2 1/2 - 3 days to complete. When I was supposed to get a call about the car being done the service writer called my father because he claims to have lost my phone number. Easy enough right? My dad and I have the same name. The guy asked me later for my "real name" since he didn't believe we had the same name. That's pretty unprofessional to ask a customer for their "real name" just because you don't believe it. There is more to the story but I feel that I have wasted enough time on a company that doesn't care about their customers.

Fix and replace my AC as well as put two new tires on my truck. Service adviser and mechanic technician was very helpful at communicating with me the issues and very respectful. They were able to find the issue in my AC and fixed and repaired it. Very respectful and most definitely will be using them again.

Friendly staff. I took brought two cars in to get inspected and they did both in less than half an hour. They mentioned that my rear brake pads would need replacing soon, but didn't pressure me to get it done immediately. I appreciated their honesty without the pressure. I will be bringing my cars here for repairs in the future.

I had them check for a problem with hesitation on my son's girlfriends '99 Pont. Grand Am GT. They did diagnostics check and it said only plugs and wires to rectify the problem. Since I had already priced that and was going to do that anyway, I asked if they could put in a upper radiator hose. I couldn't get my hand up far enough without a lift. I got a pretty good price so I had them do it. The owner had to take me home so they could keep the car overnight. His little sweet baby girl doggie was so cute. Everyone was very professional. I was leaving to go back home to NJ and wanted the car situated before I left. THANK YOU all that helped me!! I so appreciate it. Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car broke down on my way to work last Thursday. I had to have it towed in and fixed. They got it in right away and it didn't turn out to be an easy fix. I am a single woman and my car was in a shop I do not know. They made me so comfortable and updated me every time I called. I honestly was getting afraid of what the bill was going to be. They were honest, did great work and insisted on fixing my car right and at a fair price. Definetly recommend them. My car is now safe for me to go to work and back. Grateful they were there for me.
