They did not have any cars at the first place we booked sent us elsewhere they had 2 cars but they were dirty no compensation of any kind actually was charged more than what we booked for

Can not give this location a low enough score. The three things I expect when renting a car are that it’s clean, it’s been serviced, and it has a full tank when I pick it up. The car had 1/4 tank. It still had a jacket in the back from the last renter and smelled like someone was smoking in it the night before. It’s obvious nobody even thought about cleaning this. On top of that, the service engine and oil change overdue messages where on. I would send someone to look into this location Avis. It’s bad.

Avis rental car receives a no star rating from me signed a very dissatisfied customer that was once loyal!!!! This was the worst experience ever from the beginning the end very poor customer service. I won't ever rent from Avis again nor will I recommend them to anyone. They really didn't deserve this one star rating they made me choose otherwise it would have been a no star..went to check in no car available at all finally get a car that was not cleaned nor sanitized went return the car a man out of uniform sitting in the lobby claiming to be an employee wanted me to give him the keys stated his sister who was supposed to be on duty went to drop off a vehicle at another location very unprofessional and unorganized. You all went down Avis!!!!!

BUNCH OF SCAMMERS! In the midst of renting from this location, the low tire and change oil soon indicator lights came on, so I called the location and they told me to take the vehicle to Dobbs. Dobbs patched the tire and completed the oil change. About a month later, Avis sent me a notice stating I was at fault for the "damage," and they automatically debited my bank account in the amount of $160. BUYER BEWARE.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. I had a reservation for ~$400 for a 4 day one way rental, but the agent at this location (Haris) changed or entered different information which caused my rental charges to balloon to over $1200 for my rental....and this was after I returned the car a day early too. On top of that Avis customer service was atrocious when trying to explain this to, because its all outsourced overseas, it took multiple phone calls and emails to even get someone could process the h#ll I had to endure all because Haris wanted to overcharge an Avis Preferred member because I needed a one-way rental. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location and Haris at all costs.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received from any service company, especially for a car rental place. Haris and Armin went above and beyond for my family - finding last-minute car seats, picking us up in the rain, and adjusting our rental dates. Don't hesitate and just book with these guys, they'll take care of you.

AVOID AVIS... I was logging on to write a good review about Avis, how I was impressed about how well Avis Preffered worked in the Fort Lauderdale airport, how nice their counter workers are, but that changed when I asked them to reason with me. Due to unforeseen travel problems in the US southeast I decided to reserve a car from Miami and drive to Atlanta. The first part of the experience was wonderful; Avis Preferred allowed me to skip the long line and drive away in under 30 minutes. However, I ran into problems when I decided to change my drop off city car location from Atlanta to St. Louis. Due to more cancelled flights, it became evident that driving from Miami to St. Louis was the best option. I knew I would incur a cost to change the city, but was astounded when Avis told me it would be am additional $1,152 fee to change the city. I was fully willing to pay something, maybe even double of my initial $165 rental fee. But more than $1,000 seems quite simply predatory. I went back and looked how much it would cost to have rented a car from Miami to St. Louis, and that was only $200. So Avis was simply taking advantage of me and my situation. I asked to talk to anyone who could help but after 3 hours on the phone it seemed clear that Avis does not care about customer service or loyalty. I can't recommend enough avoiding this predatory business who takes advantage of their clientele.

I tried to rent a car from here 10 different times to Uber every time they canceled. Horrible service, horrible rental, no calls. Drove up there. Rode the bus. Many different times was turned away. Had to go back without a car. What do you do with a rental car that doesn't rental car to you? You leave them behind

Wanted to say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had when needing to rent a car on such short notice 😊 Harris was so accommodating and responsive to our immediate needs. This guy is a top notch guy and should be recognized for his customer service attitude!!! He is awesome!!
