DON’T BUY SANDWICHES HERE. First, they DO NOT accept the Subway coupons. Second, the people working there (Indian/Pakistani) are very rude. Go to Subway on Jefferson Avenue just east of Hwy. 44.

This was the 1st and last time I’ll ever enter this Subway. The sandwich tasted bad and when I let the person behind the counter know, she went and got a manager who said she’d take 1/2 off the next sandwich but wouldn’t replace the foot long sub that tasted like bleach or something had been spilt on it. I took 2 bites and that was it. The manager couldn’t have cared any less. I recommend going to a different store as you won’t be happy at this one.

This location is the ABSOLUTE WORST I have ever experienced. . . First of all the young cashier who appeared to be of Indian descent did not wash his hands after counting change before he put his gloves on. It was quite troubling to me because CLEANLINESS is a minimum at any food establishment and those measures must be taken seriously as we all continue to navigate through the pandemic. . . Last but not least as I was standing in the line trying to decide if I wanted to even order from there this rather large Caucasian balding male comes from the back with a broom and begins to sweep vigorously on a rug adjacent to me. Now, I am being swept on with no care, consideration, or acknowledgement of the fact that I am standing in front of the counter. It was the most disrespectful act I have ever encountered in a food establishment. This man never stopped sweeping or apologized but had a lot to say when I walked out…. Whoever owns this franchise need to train their staff on proper cleanliness protocols and building maintenance etiquette when customers are in line waiting to order. I will never return to this establishment again in life. . .

Horrible customer service!! The manager with the dreads and glasses is very rude and unprofessional. She talks to you with anger and has a problem with delivery drivers also. I will never come back here again!!

Very clean and veggies looked very fresh.....however the gentleman sandwich artist there was very nice but talked waaaayyyy to much. The goal here? Get the customer in and out, with friendliness.....it's not the time to discuss why u didt get a shot, politics and family matters. I was there waaaayyyy to long and was the only person there!!! Took about 15 minutes! The guy meant no harm but he definitely needs a little insight on keeping the line moving. Unfortunately the quality has changed....meatballs are half the size and soup tastes like water...... sorry.
