Just received a very rude call from the Doctor who personally informed me I was not welcomed because I had to reschedule twice. He decided to give me a call personally after I already spoke to the receptionist. He wanted to throw his two cents in. He said if I wanted to reschedule then I would have to give my credit card information first and pay $100 and wanted to say the rest of the doctors do this in the area. False because I just spoke with a different place who was baffled about that and said I was smart to not bring my dog in a place like that. I tried to apologize and let the doctor know I was dealing with an emergency but he proceeded to let me know how he was personally mad because the staff had nothing to do for 30 minutes because of my appointment. Right. I was being nothing but polite with the doctor but he proceeded to let me know that I was not allowed to schedule anything out their business anymore. Not upset because I am happy to take my money elsewhere and I already scheduled something else but in surprised he spoke to me like that and didn't care about my dog in any way. He cared about money and the small time that was waisted. For a simple check up. I do not recommend you come here because if you cancel they want nothing to do with you and they talk down to you. Update: this review has been reported since you want to address me by my name to others, also everything I said was 1000% accurate. I clearly stated that I had to reschedule twice. With everything else that was said you did not deny how rude you are to me and how you wanted to personally give me a call after I already spoke to the receptionist. I told the receptionist that I was at work and I could not take the call this moment yet you wanted to give me a call 3 minutes later to say I was not welcome anymore. I already did get the help and they were amazing. The staff was actually pretty nice I will not lie about that but the actual doctor/owner here is extremely rude.

Great place, everyone that works there LOVES animals and makes sure they go to a great home. Clean atmosphere. Well run.

Been taking our dog here for a couple years now. Great service and all the staff are very friendly, and their prices are pretty good compared to other vets I've been to in the past. They still maintain a "call from the parking lot" policy, which I'm not sure if that's a holdover from covid or what, but it's mildly annoying and I'd prefer if they just let me walk in like everywhere else.

We love Harvester! All of the Doctors and staff are fantastic to work with. Ben, Paisley and Vallie are never scared to visit them.

What a great experience we had. The staff was very friendly and made the process very easy. The doctor was great and we had a tumor removed from our dog Dude. He's getting around great. Would definitely recommend.

They gave me the medicine and prescriptions I needed for my pet, but I waited over an hour in the exam room for was still charged $70 for an emergency appointment. If I’m being charged for a last minute appointment and labeled as emergency, I should be treated as a priority. Even though the doctor gave no suggestions or ideas/advice as to why my dog became sick/injured so we can avoid it next time, My pet is healing and that is good. Every other experience I have had here has been fine, but we will be changing offices because we are moving farther away and the customer service wasn’t good enough to keep us.

We were forced to switch vets when our beloved friend and veterinarian passed away suddenly. We were nervous as we had a surgery scheduled already and now had to go through finding a vet we trusted. We were referred to Harvester Animal Clinic and I'm thankful. They have been great and they all care about your pet and your worries.

I have taken both of my cats to this clinic and have been very pleased with the help I have received! They genuinely love animals and want nothing but the best for them! I just got a new puppy and I will be bringing her here as well.

Was very unhappy with McCauley animal clinic after years and thousands of dollars for our 2 dogs. They couldn't bother with us when our old dog was dying. A friend recommended Harvester. Dr. Schwartz is a fantastic, wonderful, caring and thorough doctor and was very happy with care of our surviving lab mix. Our new rescue dog that just had 11 puppies came down with an ear infection. They answered their phone at 5:30 pm and squeezed us in the next day. The staff is all friendly and caring. Dr. Schwartz gave our new dog a thorough exam, didn't rush, took care of her ear, carefully explained to us possible cause and care plan for us. And, no gouging, very fair pricing. Highly recommend this clinic!!!
