Honestly, got this because I thought it’d be better than Panda Express, it’ll be authentic is what I had in mind. But unfortunately the food was not great. It was mediocre. The orange chicken was hard, too much crust/flour. Wasn’t able to pierce it with a plastic fork. The price was low and the amount of food you get it’s a steal but wouldn’t get it again. Went to panda right after and the food was way better. Orange chicken was tender and warm, I was able to easily stick the fork and eat it.

They open at 11AM and I got there by 10:30 AM (Friday August 13, 2021). I ordered my BBQ duck TO GO and was told very harshly by an older Asian lady with the black hat that was working the section that day that the duck was going to take an hour to be done. I did my shopping and came back an hour later (11.30AM) and went to the pick up counter. The same lady told me to wait while she served 3 other customers after me. Keep in mind, my order was a TO GO and the ducks were done cooking and in the window. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes after that for my TO GO order to be finished. I didn’t get an apology for the inconvenience and she continued beer rude behavior with me. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. She needs better training customer service.

Decent food as it is all prepped somewhere else and heated up here. The service is horrendous. Staff walked off while the customer was still ordering because it was her break time.

The place is clean and presentable but that's as far as the good things go. The egg rolls were old, hard and difficult to chew. The kungpo chicken was flavorless and not even slightly spicey and the noodles were way over cooked and flavorless as well. Not even 4 packs of soy sauce could save this food. For some one calling themselves gourmet, they weren't even as good as the Jack in the Box Asian bowls. The food was far below par and I do not recommend them. We will not be returning.

The main reason I come here is to get discounted box meal at 7pm. The food court offers $3.89 box lunch (2 entree with rice) around closing time. The selection of food choices is always limited because the food court is closing but it's an awesome deal! The staff piles on the food.

This is a no frills cafeteria style place with solid dim sum at a really good price. The staff service is a bit slow.

I'd give this place one star cause you can't give a zero. You would think at 6:00 they'd keep food out but too busy to even acknowledge someone standing to buy te scraps left to buy. Don't go here it's a waste of time and employees not friendly enough to greet you. Yuk!

Good food ...service is SO-SO ...and the selection was ok ...too little staff for the customers but the food was excellent...my uncle recommended the place so I tried it out today
