We just moved to Missouri and never had to have inspections on our 3 cars in Illinois. The Dobbs team helped us understand what we needed for each car's age/mileage and got us in easily so we could switch our cars registrations to Missouri. Excellent service and very friendly. We will be going back to them fir future car needs.

What I like most about DOBBS - Yorkshire is their desire to do the right thing and make their customers happy! I recently had an issue with my brakes and Chris (I believe the store manager) called me to schedule an appointment so that the issue can be fixed and resolved. I like that! Not all places go the extra mile! Dobbs cares! Dobbs does what is right and they stand behind their work! I recommend this company!

These guys are AMAZING! Excellent customer service; friendly and accommodating! They are the only tire repair shop that offered their assistance after I explained waking up to a flat tire. Everyone else turned me away. I can’t thank them enough as they are working under extreme conditions (103° temperature). I hope they ALL receive some type of bonus during these hot months.

Has a slow leak in a tire, right before a 2000 mile trip with our scout troop. Called Dobbs and they were able to squeeze me in, fix the leak, and send us on our way. Staff at the desk was very friendly, appreciative that I chose them. Three days later the tire isn’t leaking air. I’m satisfied.

Bought two brand new tires. Spent $430 bucks on them. Had a blowout 2 weeks after purchase. Took the tire back it wasn't covered under warranty, they told me there was nothing they could do to help me unless I wanted to get a new rim and buy a brand new tire from them. They told me my rim was bent and no tire would hold air. Took it to a different tire shop in which they advised the rim was fine. I ended up having to buy another new tire, thankfully it was $100 cheaper than what Dobbs charged me originally. They are way overpriced and they don't hold true to their warranty. What good is a warranty if it doesn't cover a blowout? Very misleading and will NEVER buy another thing or recommend Dobbs to anyone

This was my first time using Dobbs Yorkshire. I went in for State Inspections. Made an appt. They took me 5 minutes early and was done In less than an hour. Very comfortable waiting room and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great first impression. I will be returning if I need anything

Steve Haubenriser answered our call for help when we could not get through to AAA. We were traveling cross country, on our way home, about 500 miles to go when we developed a flat tire 30 minutes before the store's closing time. I already knew I was going to replace 3 tires when I got home, but we didn't make it that far. Steve took care of our needs, which turned into 3 new tires. Ralph and Dennis stayed past closing to get us back on the road. If ever on the road and tire service is needed, and you're near Webster Grove, MO, I give my unequivocal recommendation for the guys at Dobbs Tire & Auto center. Thanks guys!

Needing to replace my aging set of tires I scheduled an appointment online that would fit my work schedule. Dobb's handled the job in a timely manner even though they were fairly busy finishing up several clients before closing time. The work on my car was performed professionally and it now has a good grip on the road that it was lacking for so long. I'd recommend going to Dobb's if you need quality tires for your car.

In the past, Dobbs has been a good place, but I was told I would have to leave my car all day. This was at 7:15 AM. I was then told that they didn't have a mechanic until 8 even though they open at 7. I said I could wait, but was told they would find someone to take me home and call me when it was done. Honestly, I didn't feel comfortable and left.

Dobbs has been my go-to for a few decades now. They’ve always taken good care of me. Many years ago, my brakes were making a horrid noise, so I brought my car to Do be as usual. I was terrified that they were going to say I needed to replace my brakes, and that would have been a huge financial hit for me at that time. Especially at that time, mechanical/automotive knowledge was not in my wheelhouse, and back then, it wasn’t as easy to research that kind of thing online. I dropped off the car and crossed my fingers. When I got the call back, my stomach was queasy just thinking about how much money it was going to cost. “Hey there! So we got your brakes all fixed up. There was a lot of dust in there, so we just blew it all out, and now everything is great!” I can’t even remember how much they charged me. Maybe $30? As a woman in her 20’s, they could have easily assumed I was an easy mark and told me to replace the whole system. Maybe I’d have gotten a second opinion, or maybe I’d have just gone along. Point being, they earned my trust that day. I’ve been a loyal customer ever since, and I’ve always been happy with the service!
