I sent my daughter to this location for an oil change. He car uses standard 5w30 motor oil. We looked up VIOC prices on their site, it posted $39. They told her the change that she needed was $94. Service: Oil change

I was amazed at the professionalism of this location. This was my first time using Valvoline and I did so because the competitor I usually use did not have anyone that could do an inspection. The car I brought in has low miles for its age and this was the first weekend I had it out of the garage in the past 6 months. My goal was to have my oil changed as well while I was there, but once they looked at the oil they informed me there was not a need to change it. I don't know of may other concepts that would have stopped the customer from wasting money. That says alot about your staff at this location. I will definitely return and let others know about the great experience I had. Service: Oil change

Upon meeting the manager Petko he went above and beyond his duties to make sure my car was in the right position to be successfully running, his crew members communicated with him and they were quickly ready for me and got me out safely.

The workers are very proffesional and help the customer see exactly what they are doing. A certain worker named Eriq helped me when I came in and he was very respectful and helpful with all I needed.

Hadn't visited this location for a while, not because of a prior bad experience, but rather due to circumstance. But my "oil change soon" light came on and wanted to take care of it while I had some time over the weekend. Arrived and waited only maybe 5mins for my turn as they had 2 other patrons in front of me - nice. Attendant checked me in, shared their offerings for my choice without upselling pressure. Their process is VERY systematic and efficient. Fluids, psi, and air filters all checked. Attendant shared some CarFax info on potential services due on my vehicle, some of which I had already addressed personally - but again simply presented the info for consideration, no sales pressure. Was able to use an online coupon to make the service competitively priced. Was back home within 30mins (WOW!!!) and good to go til next time. Glad I chose to return - would definitely recommend this location. Service: Oil change

Had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil change today. The attendants were super helpful amd friendly. The oil change was quick and convenient. The best part was the air conditioning recharge service. It made a huge difference and only took about a half hour to complete. Our vehicle is now ready for another St. Louis area summer!
