Great staff! Very pleased how they transformed my equipment that wasn’t drilled that great ( 5 pieces of tape in each thumb hole! ) to having each ball fit exactly the same. Nice to go from one ball to the next without feeling like this would throw your game off. It took a while to adjust to the new drilling because my thumb was messed up from the previous layout. Here’s the best part. I had them fix one more ball that wasn’t going to be ready by the time I left Vegas. So they shipped the ball…. a total match to everything else they had done! League and tournament bowler who has experience with the three major bowling stores in the Valley. JB Bowling supply offers up to date products they keep in stock and ready to sell to you on the spot. Pricing is comparable to as expected. The used ball shelf is also stocked with some great buys weekly, price includes drilling in that section as well, not sure any other store in town can beat that! The staff is knowledgeable and your more than welcome to work with your favorite driller or all of them if you choose without feeling pressured. Trish and JB are friendly and will work with your budget to fill your bag. If your new to the sport, overselling you is not the goal here. A Happy Customer is a return customer, if something does not feel correct in your bowling ball let them know and it will be taken care of until your happy. Our son found this place, went in with my husband, told him that he wanted a 12lb ball, Paul said he wouldn't sell him that lite (he's over 6ft) he got a 15lb ball ,bag, and shoes, drilled and out the door in a short time. My husband and I went back in 2 weeks ago and he got a new ball that he drilled to fit his fingers because of arthritis, husband says it's the best fitting ball he's ever had!! On his way back out there today to have his other ball redrilled. Its a drive as we live in the north west, but will not go anywhere else!!

Got two balls drilled with Inserts and Vise It's Installed pretty quickly. Great shop for all levels of bowlers. Did a very nice job. Recommended. Drilled twi more today. Most excellent.

JB does not keep getting awarded The Best in Las Vegas for no reason !! Jon and his team are top notch with their customer service and selection. While I was in the shop, Jon spent a tremendous amount of time with me making sure that my set up was correct, made some excellent recommendations, and insured that the ball was the right fit before I walked out the door. I have made several other purchases from them while I am out of town .. JB ships SUPER fast, communicates if there are any issues, and has the ability to get almost anything that you need ! These guys are truly pros in what they do both during and after the sale .. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!
