Worst car wash ever. Tried 2 locations. Wax on my car and window. Won't come off. Never clean rags at either location. Vacuums don't suck. I had a membership before luv bought it. I've canceled all vehicles.

HORRIBLE CAR WASH! Bring back Quicky. Increasing monthly fee. No pre wash. Requires me to go through the wash multiple times to be a 1/2 decent car wash. Vacuums are horrible. Canceling as soon as monthly expires.

Watch out! If you have other place to get your car washed please do go. DON’T GO HERE! This car wash station broke my fuel tank cover. When I reported it to them they refused to repair it, so frustrating. I went ahead and replaced it myself. I didn’t want to wash my car there again but unfortunately other station was not in service. I went there and this happened again. When I reported it to them, they acted as if they were going to repair it but no one reached out to me. I’m disappointed and so frustrated with their service. This is the 2nd time this has happened. It’s been over a month and still no response from them.

only good for a quick light washing. Paid 17 for the luv wash and that didn't even include a wax, tire shine or streak free finish. Didn't even clean my hood all the way or my mirrors. The vacuums are literally the worst. No suction what so ever. So if you wanna clean your car just use the air gun. My power washer and shark vacuum do a better job 🤷♀️

I went there on 6/20 hoping that the newly renovated car wash that has raised their prices would be worth the price with better new equipment. Well much to my surprise I was very disappointed. My car came out no better than the previous Quickie Car Wash and in fact much worse. I had some form of grease all over my rims/hubcaps!. I was worried that maybe my car had a problem but no it wasn’t anything my car did, it was something the car wash did for sure. I looked at other car around me while trying to clean the gunk off my rims and they also had grime on their rims too. Then my daughter went in for a wash on July 3 and guess what she came out with a flat tire!! Brought her car to Costco and tire had a thin slice on the side that must have just been caused by the car wash, and the tire is unfixable and not available at all at Costco. This ruined her plans to drive anywhere far on a donut and now she has to spend hundreds to find a full size tire replacement. We most definitely will not be going back to this place LUV Car Wash on Sunset. My advice to others beware and find another well established place that wont ruin your car!!

A young woman came out to assist with the selection and payment process. I wish she didn’t. I use to frequent this carwash with my membership before it was sold to Luvs and I’ve never had someone more unfriendly interact with me. Management should consider training/counseling subordinate staff especially with Wow Car Wash, best vacuums, up the street and a new competitor being build next door.

I really like this place. I’ve been a member since it was Quicky. I’ve noticed that it’s gotten crazy busy and sometimes there is a wait to use the pressurized air sprayers and vacuums, but I’ve never really had to wait too long. Now they are called Luv and it’s still a great place. One thing I did notice though is that they have a new wheel cleaner sprayer in the tunnel while you’re washing. This sprays super sticky and dries all over the side of the car. My car is white so you can imagine the mess this made. I’d like for them to look at this in hopes of it being fixed. Otherwise I will be changing washes. As far as staff go it’s a DIY place for the most part so the staff have a very limited role. However they have always been very nice. They offer some pretty good amenities and I’m crazy about keeping my car clean so I appreciate the unlimited membership. Service: Vacuuming

This car wash recently changed hands from Quickly to Luv’s. The noticeable change in customer service sickens me. Before you’d get two employees spraying down your car/truck before entering the wash. Now you have at least 4 employees in the room that are bothered to even come out to guide your car onto the tracks. With Quickly you received a dash wipe and a clean rag with a monthly due. They still supply the rag by the vacuums but twice now the supposed clean rags were soiled with grease and other debris. You really don’t get what you pay for at this so called wash. Looking to terminate my monthly membership because of the lack of customer service and poorly ran business. You can find a cheaper car wash elsewhere GUARANTEED!!!

I like this place because it has free vacuums and a car wash is actually pretty cheap. The staff people are friendly and helpful. TheThe only downside is that they don’t provide you drying towels after your wash so you have to bring your own. This is the only location that doesn’t provide towels understandably I’m sure people steal them so that’s why.
