All the good reviews are 100% true. Aaron at LV JEWELRY EXCHANGE is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and his prices are more than fair. I made an appointment to meet with Aaron to sell some estate jewelry, and had quite a bit, but had no idea if any of it was worth anything. Aaron took his time, explained the process, and was incredibly kind and knowledgeable throughout the whole transaction. Much of it wasn’t worth anything, but the amount that was he gave me a great price for. I can’t thank him enough for making a stressful necessary appointment stress free and enjoyable. I was in the area and wanted to sell a Rolex that I haven’t used in awhile. I checked Yelp and saw that LV Jewelry Exchange was highly rated and I can see why. I was greeted by the owner Aaron when walking through the door. He was very knowledgeable, fair and most importantly honest. We made a deal happen and I felt that he gave me a very good price for my Rolex. We ended up talking about hobbies and watches for the next 3 hours. As a business owner, I appreciate other businesses who treat their clients well and go above and beyond expectations. I will be going to Aaron for all my watch and jewelry needs.

This place is Outstanding and very Helpful overall. This store deals and knows about everything which was very convenient. They deal with Rolex watches. They Help and separated the real gold from fake. They purchase jewelry with diamonds and gemstones. They help with everything and do everything in front of you. I have shopped around and this was the best service all around in las Vegas. And the prices were really fair. Best shop in Vegas Hands down.

I have been to this Jewelry Store a couple times now. I have shopped around and there is no place in town that offers this kind of service. The man that owns the shop is really good and Honest. He is full of information and really takes a lot of time to explain what he is buying. Had a family member pass away and was left a broken rolex watch and a bunch of jewelry. I needed to get the pieces looked at and appraised to split the money with the family members. I had a bad experience at another establishment so I was skeptical about trying again. So based on the good reviews I called in advance and asked some questions and was explained the process. When I arrived the man that helped me was kind and helpful. He was able to sort through my jewelry and awnser my questions. He was honest and straight forward, no games. He looked at the rolex watch and opened it in front of me explained what was wrong and was still able to purchase it even though it didn't work. He then looked at my jewelry and separated the real from the fake and explained the stones that were in the rings. He found a good size diamond that we didn't even know was there. It can be scary trusting somone with your jewelry but He never rushed me and was patient. He really helped my family make a difficult task easier and helped us understand the true value. He needs to make money so I understand but he deserved it for the service we recieved.

Aaron and Nick were so amazing and helpful! Very informative about the piece of jewelry I brought in. They even broke down the pricing of my piece and tried so hard to get me the best offer. It Was a positive and welcoming atmosphere and I felt comfortable and treated like an actual person instead of a walking money sign. Thank you so much!
