Love our local neighborhood Smiths! The staff is always so friends and helpful, especially Karen! :) she’s such a sweetheart and always goes above and beyond with her customer service every time we’ve seen her. She made a lovely whiskey recommendation when I was unsure what to get as a gift and it was such a hit, it’s our new favorite liquor to purchase! Her energy is truly infectious and I can’t help but leave with a smile on my face every time we have the pleasure of having her help us. Thank you to Karen & the entire staff at this location for all of your hard work & kindness. Always looking forward to coming back for groceries at this location.

Horrible service now. You can't even ask a question because they treat you like you're not a customer. Very disrespectful people working there now. A few years back it was the best place to do your shopping. The older lady working today at 7 pm where the the shampoo and toothpaste is located should retire she has a very bad attitude towards people.

I was there earlier this morning around 6:20am. This is usually the slow hours of the day for a grocery store. Yet I had to ask FOUR employees to help me getting the formulas in the locked cabinet. And the last employee who helped me actually gave me attitude while I was making sure she knew which formula I needed. So I just left and went down to the Walmart down the street instead…

Witnessed 3 deli workers about a week ago make fun of, yell and degrade a deaf man. I wouldn’t want them serving me ever. it’s disgusting and awful. do better and get better employees.

I was shopping for a last minute birthday cake and Jamie made me very happy with what she did to improve the cake I bought. Thank you Jamie. The selection was not good but Jamie was amazing.

Sketchy area. Got asked for money 3 times right outside their door and once inside. Store floor in need of repair. Some prices were okay but some things were a little high. Parking lot is pretty full. Definitely put your money away right after you pay and have your keys in hand when leaving.

They also have sushi and many more other delicious products even organic. And if you know how to do they self checkout it's fast and if you don't want anyone to touch your items self checkout is the way to go but ALWAY'S remember don't forget to grab your change if you use cash.

This location is the best place to shop in Spring Valley. The employees are always ready and happy to help you with whatever you need. The store is always well maintained and stocked. I shop here because they really do have the best prices on things compared to their competitors across the street. Shop at the Smith’s at Tropicana Avenue and Jones Boulevard.
