On two separate visits, Christian and then Andrew, provided outstanding customer service. Knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. I mostly do my AT&T business online, however, I felt in store service for my particular requests this time was warranted. Great decision!

Please be careful customers. The AT&T sales associate overcharged our phone account (not itemized on physical bill) by over $200 with unauthorized purchases that were never discussed in person. This was highly unethical and unprofessional behavior. Very disappointed in experience.

The guy that helped me was superb. Patiently dealt with my son not knowing passwords to get his info moved over to a new phone. They even found a better plan for us that wasn't charging extra when we used our data up. Highly recommend this location.

I called at 645 and asked if they could do walk ins because I was planning on getting a new phone and work late. He said as long as I come before 7pm. I came in around 650ish and the person working was really rude and complained about how the store was closing soon. I understand, which is why I called before wasting my time coming here, just to get denied service. So I went to AT&T in Nashua, where Andrew and Eric happily served me and got me a great deal on a new plan. I highly recommend going to the Nashua store and avoiding this one.

Manager was super helpful! Dealing with a lot of customers and multi-tasking but handles it very professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone- seems to be turning things around in this store! The wait time can be long but they make sure everything is good and there aren’t any issues going forward.

Horrible customer service! My mom went into this store about 2 weeks ago, she wanted to get a tablet for her sister in law who has dementia. My mom is handicapped in a wheel chair and hard of hearing, Chris who did the sale refused to remove his mask which made it extremely difficult for my mom to hear him and she couldn’t read his lips. I understand the current situation with the pandemic and the requirements. Needless to say Chris didn’t understand that my mom needed the tablet to be locked out from internet access and my mom didn’t want the tablet to have an Apple ID or account in use, just something that her sister in law could use to play games on. However all the IPad wanted to do was connect to the internet and log into an account. So we decided to return it. We took it back today, I went with her to make sure it was done correctly, I live 2 hours away and she didn’t want to bother me when she did the original sale, I wish she had. We walked into the store, neither Chris or the manager Steve greeted us, they both looked miserable and clearly hate their job. I had to walk up to Steve and actually start the conversation. I explained why we were returning the iPad, he then proceeded to swear under his breath “what the fxxx” because he was having trouble with his computer. I explained that I had deleted all the passwords but did not do the full factory reset since it was on a data plan and I didn’t want to deactivate the tablet in case they needed to do something with it at the store. Steve then mumbled under his breath “let me wipe it the correct way”. At this time a young blond woman entered the store and was immediately greeted by Chris who was more than eager to take care of her phone that wasn’t turning on. I guess a woman in her 70’s that is handicapped in a wheel chair and is hard of hearing isn’t as important as a young blond woman! We payed the $55 restocking fee and I asked if they had any tablet that would do what we needed and Steve said no. He gave us the receipt, no thank you, no sorry, no nothing, just basically here you go and get out. We will never do business with this location again.

The store manager Kevin did an awesome job helping me add a line and upgrade my kids phones. Entire process went quicker than expected, all contacts and photos were imported and everything went smoothly. Both Kevin and Bridget get an A++ from me. Highly recommended!

Londonderry Sales consultant , Keith F, Has earned more than 5 stars for his store By helping me today. He was friendly, greeting me as I came into the store, introduced himself, and began to help Me immediately. He answered my questions Professionally in terms that I could Understand. The store was clean, well-stocked, and up to date on the latest AT&T products. I am definitely making this store my home store for all things AT&T - oh, he noticed my phone was smudged and cleaned it for me!
