Great gas station, bug variety of all kind of snack, candy, beverages and good coffee. Gas not too expansive.

Went yesterday morning. I watched an employee getting sick running to the bathroom.. she didn't make it. Threw up on the floor. She picked it up that wasn't the issue though. It was that she stayed working when they should've sent her home. This is very unsafe. She could be exposing us to covid.

These folks are on top of their game. The property is taken care of very well. Bathrooms are very clean. They offer a good variety of merchandise. This property is well lit at night as well. I would feel good with my wife and daughters making a pit stop.

Store is always clean, and easy to find everything. Employees are consistently helpful. Process aren't crazy for a gas station right if the highway. Overall good stop.

Prices are okay. Sometimes they bounce around. Gas and goodies are all I get. Usually a pack of beer too. The lady that works there isn't always friendly but she's no where near rude. And she's really good at her job so that's all I really care about. Parking could be better, but it is fine.

Prices are high. Outside lot is like a lumpy ice skating hazard. I walked into the store to ask for quarters for the air machine. I handed her two dollars and she asked me if I wanted eight quarters. I would say her attitude was bad, but I couldnt make one out. I know its cold and wintry, but I've seen funeral directors directors with a happier demeanor. Even a simple hello would have sufficed.

I've tried and tried for such a long time to build up a friendly relationship with the third shift cashier because he always seems to be in a bad mood. I can't take it anymore and I hate to write bad reviews. Last night, was the final straw with my experience here and I won't be back again. I've worked in the area for years now and ever since Jim left this place, there have been different third shift people fill Jim's spot. But this guy, he's been here for a while and no matter what I do, he's a jerk. Flat out, arrogant, hates his job and everyone in the world kind of guy. It blows my mind that this guy has a job seeing he appears to hate it so much. On a normal night, if I walk, automatically he is annoyed that he needs to stop whatever he is doing to help me. I will even say "Oh, don't rush, just do what you are doing" just to be nice and he always snaps back "It's gonna be a long night!!" Like, oh, okay, sorry for coming in and being your only customer and you need to ring up one item. My bad. Last night though, oh goodness, it was the end of the world for him. He had a line of people. There was a gentleman who had a lot of items in his hand and I offered him to go ahead of me, as I only had one item. The guy in front of me thanked me, and went up to the counter, and oh was the guy mad that he had to ring in sooo many items. I could hear him mumbling curse words under his breath. He didn't even give the guy in front of me a bag to carry all his items and he just yelled over him "Yeah what can I get for you" as the customer looked at him and was thinking, oh, okay, I will just carry all this out by hand. Okay so whatever, the customer leaves and I say Hello, how are you, this is what I need and can I have 2 scratch tickets (whatever number they were I don't remember). Now, this guy sees me ALL THE TIME and snaps at me that he needs to see my ID. Fine, okay, I get it, he is doing his job and I appreciate that. What does he do? He Snatches it out of my hand. Oh. Okay. So, anyhow, I just happened to have what I thought was enough cash on me and it came out to like .25 more than I had in cash. I said okay I will pay for my other items with a card. He yells "NOPE!!!" I was like, astonished that he had the nerve to yell at me because he didnt want to do seperate transactions. Well guess what? I am getting all of these items, whether you like it or not, and if I want to pay with a credit card and cash I will. As long as I am paying for the scratch tickets in cash what are you going to do? Oh my goodness he was such a jerk about it. He just shook his head and swore out loud, and said his famous line, "It's gonna be a long night" . So clearly, I felt like that was directed at me and I felt obligated to apologize to him for disrupting his evening. And complete disregard for my apology like, he expected me to apologize. How dare I bother him and his oh so perfect life working at Mobil. So, I pay for my first item, then pay in cash in a separate transaction for the scratch tickets. I said Thank you, sorry again, I hope you have a good night. And I just get ignored so he can help the person behind me. Really Mobil? This is the kind of worker you are looking for? I know the job market in this area and I am 110% positive you can do better than this. This is embarrassing.

I NEVER leave reviews either but this is too bad to just ignore: Since I moved here to Manchester in October 2015...I have had nothing but bad experiences here. The store itself is great, gas is fairly cheap and its always clean and stocked well. However....the people they have working there are some of the grumpiest, rudest people I have everrr met in my entiree life!! The one guy who works overnights is constantly complaining about something and no matter whattt you say to this guy. .he is extremely RUDE! Then there is the African American lady who works during the mornings..she is just, for lack of a better term, a b**ch. I've been going on there everyday since i moved here and you would think maybe its just a couple bad days for them but NOPE! They are just horribleee people to have working in a customer friendly environment. I am absolutely HORRIFIED at the horrible customer service here. From now on I will be going to the shell that is an extra couple of miles down the road AND more expensive...just to nott have to deal with these people and their sh*tty personalities! If I could've given them 0 stars I would've!
