I called irate. The store manager firmly but kindly presented options for me. I was helped immediately upon walking into the store, dispite a very busy day. My issue was completely resolved in less than a minute. Thank you so much!

Starting to realize, T-Mobile is a complete rip off if you update every year and trade in…. Not only do you lose your previous promotion, you’ll wait 2 years to get money for your phone.

What a great place with real customers service. Big shout out to Veronica Miller who was so pleasant and very helpfull. She goes out of her way to help out and answer all your questions . Also her manager Mandi Merry is such a great person and has that store so clean and neat. She has a great team that takes customers service to the next level. I have not seen such great customer service in a long time. I was with the other carrier with a V for 18 years and never got such great customer service. So now I'm a T-mobile customer for life.

Switched over from Verizon at the Nashua location. My expectations were low based on our experience with Verizon, but Angel and the TMobile team were so helpful! We switched plans easily and will be saving $100 a month, which is huge based on the cost of everything right now. Angel was laid back which I appreciated and super knowledgeable.

Recently needed my phone replaced and had to go in to talk to someone and then back to get my replacement phone once it was ready for pickup. I'd describe my first experience there as 5 stars and my second as 1 star. When I initially went in, I was helped by Mandy who was very knowledgeable, professional and straight to the point. She even gave some quick advice to another customer without losing focus on my needs as well. I had all the information I needed and was out of the store within 5 minutes. When I came back to get my replacement phone I was helped by Tamara who made me and my boyfriend pretty uncomfortable. She didn't seem to have any idea what she was doing and was more focused on trying to have small talk with me than actually help, although she continually brushed off my boyfriend. She seemed very disinterested in actually doing her job and kept trying to engage me in conversation (and very deliberately ignore my boyfriend), and honestly seemed like she could've been high. So far I'd only had good experiences with T Mobile staff at this store and others so this struck me as odd. Overall I've had positive experiences with T mobile as a whole, that second visit was just unnecessarily awkward and unprofessional.

I wanted to share my experience switching over to T-Mobile. We were a family of three, all wanting new phones and Thomas was our expert. Thomas was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and was very professional. He helped us get some discounts and was very patient in switching over a straight talk phone. Our phones were ordered and Thomas let us know if we needed any more assistance to get in touch with him. We were very happy with the customer service at TMobile on Amherst Street.

Excellent service. Greeted right away, Jazz listened to what I was looking for, offered two choices of plans, and explained both. I was very impressed with how easy it was to get the information I needed. We'll be switching to T Mobile.

Amherst St customer service was non-existent when requesting support with switching to TMobile using the web option. As soon as indicated was looking for help completing the on line order I was dismissed by the rep. Rude and dismissive of customers. Spend the extra 10 minutes and go to Pheasant Lane store if you must do business with TMobile. Much more pleasant reps.

Customer service was excellent, no problems there. It's the lack of good reception that I don't like. I can't get a signal at my work and very often there is only one bar or no service at all.
