Very helpful, service staff was right there, prices are a little high on some of the things. Also I wasn't really thrilled with the complete selection. We bought something that needed to be installed, it's been 10 days and still not installed.

My husband, and I are in the market for a new refrigerator. We thought we knew what we wanted, boy, were we wrong. Donna, was very patient, and knowledgeable. Not only did she steer us toward a fridge that is what we need, but is what we want. She also gave us information about a dealer in Maine, that may be able to help us with our Aga cooker.

Well, if you don’t mind waiting 15 months and counting, for a $10,000 subzero fridge, then this is your place. I ordered and paid for one back in June 2021, told I’d have it by April/May. I had to keep calling them for updates as they never reached out to me. Finally, was told for sure it would be delivered June 30th. When I called last week to get a time, was told it is now August 20th. Not even the decency to call me to update. I would cancel it but They have already have my money. Probably won’t have it in August. Never again

I bought a brand new Whirlpool washing machine from State Street this year. It was delivered broken. When I called about the guarantee - they sent Anything Appliances to my house to confirm it was broken for a fee of $75. Then Anything Appliances attempted to fix it - another $225. The fix didn't work and I went back to State Street and they did help me get rebated from Anything Appliances ... but that took over a month and I still had a broken washing machine. Now it has been two more months of back and forth with State Street. They take no ownership ... and I still have a brand new broken washing machine. I would not buy anything from State Street Discount - they do not stand behind what they sell and take no direct ownership of any issues.

Wonderful Super Store. Where speaker dreams come true! :-) I will be going back there soon to pick up the Golden Ear Triton 1 Speaker System. I would like to add that the customer service from Ron & Matt were exceptional. Very good Guys. If you're looking for pros who know about products and want that experience that you use to get from other stores in the past like Tweeter Etc. then definitely go here!

This place is a joke and if I could leave negative stars I would. Sarah the some how manager helped me at my visit & she was absolutely horrible, rude & wasted my time. She kept pulling out her phone & answering messages & I even heard her swear a few times. She is an unprofessional old hag and a joke who could learn a thing or too. I would rather scoop my own eyeballs out than have to go back into that store and interact with the rancid women. She should be ashamed of herself and how she runs a business. If you’re looking to waste your time and be disappointed stop there & ask for Sarah!

Our salesperson, Donna, was condescending and put off in assisting us. She didn’t introduce herself right away, scoffed at the appliance we were interested in purchasing, called us sweetie, and acted like we ignorant dolts. It was clear she didn’t want to waste her time on us if we’re not going to buy the highest end appliance. Know if you go here these commissioned sales associates only want to assist you if you are ready to buy and appear wealthy.

Ok. * UPDATE* issue resolved. The store called back. They called company and a great worker was sent out who resolved the issue in two visits. One suggestion is to call the customer right back. If you are late calling back, apologize. *I suggest better customer service within the store. *The last phone call was very accommodating and sounded concerned. I’m glad about that. Maybe because my daughter told them to “ hot foot it”. All in all, So far so good. 😍

Terrible experience. Sales people just like to " yes yes." Just to get the sale. But come day of delivery i find that they did not know what they were talking about. The delivery team itself was great. Kind young men who seemed to know what they were doing and knew more about the product than the sales team did. But sales people just wanted to rush a sell, coordination of the delivery was a mess expecting me to be able to change my schedule to accept the delivery with just a 2 day notice? Who can just change their schedule around on such short notice? Typically most employers need at least a weeks notice or its just basically a call out... so I had to burn a sick day purely because of short notice. The only people in the whole ordeal who seemed to be of sound mind was the delivery team. And, as they put it with a smile and a light hearted chuckle, " we are just the delivery guys." They did great. 5 stars for delivery. 2 stars for the rest of the experience. I write this on behalf of my father who isnt tech savvy.

Great location with lots of appliance options from budget to the highest quality. Low pressure sales people interested in assisting you in finding the right products that fits your style and budget. Easy to find with plenty of free parking.
