I love how comfortable the clothing is in this store! And the lovely ladies working here are SO helpful and compassionate. I sometimes have turned around and walked out of other clothing stores because I don't react well to sales pressure. I need a lot of guidance and an honest set of eyes when clothes shopping, not sales pressure, and J.Jill offers complimentary stylist assistance who truly understands body type and image. Cindy was SO helpful!!

These ladies are rude and unprofessional, every time I go in there it’s like I’m bothering them and they give you an attitude. And god forbid you have to return something... you better give yourself AMPLE time, it is quite challenging for them. For years, this store has been painful to go to. Save yourself and go to short hills, much better experience.
