Wonderful time here. My boyfriend and I came for dinner and we had a great waiter, Bill. In fact, all of the staff is attentive and the food is delicious. I like that they have the half vs full option. Also, lots of specials ! My boyfriend had the wild boar gnocchi and I had the pappardelle with vodka sauce. We shared baked clams. Sooo good ! The upstairs also has a view of the lake. Will definitely return! ~Justine

I'm not sure what happened with the other negative reviews, but I've always had extremely positive interactions with the folks at this location. Today I walked in without an appointment around 8:30am EST and was seen within 10 minutes or so. They have check in kiosks that are extremely easy to use whether or not you have an appointment. Everyone is wearing masks which made me feel comfortable. The technician was extremely friendly and an absolute professional, she was able to draw my blood extremely quickly and effortlessly that I had to double check with her that I was done! I love coming to this location cause everything is so straightforward, simple, and the people are so pleasant. ~Steve

A little kindness goes a long way! We were on our way from an urgent care to an emergency room but we hadn’t eaten all day. We knew we could grab a couple of healthy salads at Trader Joe’s. When Sergio asked how my day went I told him, to which he replied, “ just one minute”. In a flash, he was back with this lovely bouquet for my wife. How very kind! ~Earl

Its really fun to shop here. Its never that crazy crowded. That's mainly why I come here, because I can shop without all the people rushing by. They used to have phenomenal croissants. I think the baker keeps changing. Croissants are no longer that awesome. Still so much better than a number of other stores'. The only thing I can think of complaining is the darn digital coupons. The website is a little confusing to work on. ~Suna

I love how comfortable the clothing is in this store! And the lovely ladies working here are SO helpful and compassionate. I sometimes have turned around and walked out of other clothing stores because I don't react well to sales pressure. I need a lot of guidance and an honest set of eyes when clothes shopping, not sales pressure, and J.Jill offers complimentary stylist assistance who truly understands body type and image. I am 68 years old and on February 2, I purchased my first new iPhone. I was hoping to get a very patient and knowledgeable sales representative as I did not know how to get my information transferred over to my new phone or how to use it. Dave was one of the best sales persons I have ever had. He was friendly, patient and extremely helpful. I even had to call after I left the store and he still was very happy to keep answering my questions. ~Joan

The store has a large selection of excellent quality men's shoes. My wife bought me two pairs of black leather shoes. They are very comfortable to walk in, they don't stiffen anywhere. ~Jordan
