Ben is the store manager at Denville. He was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure I would get the best family plan and first responder plan. I’ve been a customer of AT@T for 20 years plus and honestly he’s been the most knowledgeable associate I’ve ever encountered.

Waited 15min inside the store and called twice while I was waiting before someone came out to tell me that an agent will come out to help me 10 min later. When the agent appeared she was very helpful. I went back in the evening to complete my business but 4 customers two agents and a wait time of 20 min I had no choice but to walk out the store. If you can’t service people CLOSE the store. Who has the time to waist. Even writing this message I find my self surprised doing it!!!

Cameron n Liam n Kai were excellent in knowledge , assisting me upgrading my phone, explaining all the differences between my Iphone6 and my newly purchased iPhone13. They all went above n beyond just being salesmen. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND THEIR ATT STORE!!!!

I was helped by Ben. First-class service. He was on his own at the store (it was a Sunday) but he did a fantastic job. He was busy but unflustered and helped me get just what I needed (a new phone.) The guy’s a star.

I’ve been to this store twice. The first time I was there was to exchange my daughters phone. I purchased it in blue& she wanted gold. Upon arrival I had to wait until there was an sales associate free. Once there was he looked over my account and what I was asking for. Then proceeded to tell me I would have to go to a corporate store. Which was located in the mall. I didn’t feel like driving to Rockaway (it was raining cats& dogs outside.) However, I wanted the exchange. (They were very professional and polite at the AT&T store in the mall.) I then returned the next day to do a trade in. The guy there was very patient. He advised me I shouldn’t have been asked to go to another store the previous day. He went on to provide A-1 service. I would return. In hopes I don’t get the sales associate that sent me to another store.

It is one of the better ATT stores around here. Generally the wait is not too long and the salespeople are better than a lot of other stores. They have had the desired phones in stock and have been pretty helpful with technical issues. This is my ATTstore of choice even though there are two which are closer to drive to.
