I do not know why this place has so many negative reviews. I thought the employees were professional and did their best to keep on schedule despite an extremely crowded and busy waiting area. I highly recommend making an appointment as they took me within 10 minutes of my appointment time. I did the mobile check in when I arrived and they called me in shortly after. My test took 3 hours and they made sure they took me in and collected my blood right on time, each time. The only downside is that the waiting area is too small for the volume of people so many folks were waiting outside or in their cars and the employees have the unfortunate task of asking people to wait outside when the waiting area becomes too crowded.

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a lab. All their check-in terminals were down and the employees could not have cared less. Rude to customers who walked in with clear medical issues. I walked out.

I'm not sure what happened with the other negative reviews, but I've always had extremely positive interactions with the folks at this location. Today I walked in without an appointment around 8:30am EST and was seen within 10 minutes or so. They have check in kiosks that are extremely easy to use whether or not you have an appointment. Everyone is wearing masks which made me feel comfortable. The technician was extremely friendly and an absolute professional, she was able to draw my blood extremely quickly and effortlessly that I had to double check with her that I was done! I love coming to this location cause everything is so straightforward, simple, and the people are so pleasant.

Absolutely worst place to go rude staff waited at the counter just so I could ask the lady’s question an was ignored then was rudely spoken to. To check in they don’t look at you or speak to you the entire time they are not welcoming at all my experience was very pain full the lady left the tourniquet on the entire time which is wrong it messes up your results if left on longer then a min she was annoyed when I asked her to take it off her excuse was that if she takes it off it will take longer for the blood to come out there was blood all around the needle I’ve never had that happen to me they don’t talk to you at all they don’t ask questions or anything they want you out of there as fast as they can. Im a med student an that was the worst experience honestly I’ve ever had staff has the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever seen the obviously don’t know how to do there job. first an last time I will ever go there

Horrible and rude staff at the location. You make an appointment and you still sit and wait like you don’t have one. Another gentleman when I was there had an appointment at 1:30pm at 2:20pm he was still waiting and waiting room was empty except for 1 other person. My 4 y/o couldn’t use the bathroom when I was there so they gave me a cup to take home and bring back on Monday. They told me I had to get a whole new prescription, sign in and wait to drop off a specimen in which 1. You already had an order for & 2. Who knows if they double billed me. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with LabCorp. I rather pay more at the Quest Diagnostics in Denville and get treated like a human being.

My husband went there today to have pre employment labs. The staff was very rude and unfriendly. They act like they absolutely hate their jobs! The lab teach was chewing gum and constantly popping her gum! So unprofessional! Even 1 star is too much! I would haven given 0 if could!

This place is as bad as it can get, and they keep employing people that has the attitude of a prison guard, they are nasty, so get ready to receive the worse service of your life. Perhaps they make you wait forever

I went for routine bloodwork, arriving at around 7.30 a.m. Check-in was easy, the waiting room was empty. I elected to sit in my car anyway, but no sooner had I walked back to my car than I got a text to say it was my turn. The whole process was smooth and easy and I have barely been left with a bruise. And I got all my results within 24 hours. Very impressed, I will definitely use this location again. I am leaving a review as most of the other reviews are so negative!

Literally had my appointment at 12:15 my order expires at 2:00pm, i asked if i was next and all she said was have a seat and wait... Like then what's the point of having an appointment??? If I'll be waiting for an hour? Like my order expires in 30 min from now. And they can't even tell me when I'm next 😑.

Terrible. I'd give no stars if I could. The waiting room was filled with people standing against the wall so I chose to use their app which texts you when they are ready for you. When they told me they were ready and I was to come in it was only to take a seat and wait for another half an hour. People were seated in all the allotted seats so I had to stand against the wall while others were still waiting outside as well. Then finally they called me only to seat me at "check in" (I was already confirmed to be checked in) and nobody came to help me within the close to 10 minutes I sat there. I would have waited happily much longer if they just let me sit in my car. To many people, employees seemed confused, didn't feel safe. Not returning.
